ԵՏՀ-ն Չինաստանին առաջարկել է համատեղ զարգացնել էլեկտրամոբիլների արտադրությունը

ԵՏՄ-ում էլեկտրամոբիլների արտադրման ու գործածման խթանմանն ուղղված քայլերը, որոնք մշակել էր ԵՏՀ-ն, թույլ են տալիս ինտենսիֆիկացնել ԵՏՄ երկրների ու Չինաստանի արդյունաբերողների միջեւ փոխգործակցությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնել է ԵՏՀ արդյունաբերական քաղաքականության դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն ՆԻկոլայ Կուշնարեւտ ռուս- չինական 4-րդ ԷՔՍՊՕ ֆորումի ժամանակ, որը անցնում է Չինաստանում։

ԵՏՀ մամուլի ծառայությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնել են, որ Կուշնարեւը մասնավորապես նշել է, որ ԵՏՄ-ում արդեն սկսվել է էլեկտրատրանսպորտի համար հայրենական համակարգերի, հանգույցների ու ագրեգատների, ջերմականոնակարգման ու միկրոկլիմատի համակարգերի, մարտկոցների արտադրությունը։ Չինացի գործընկերները նոր հնարավորություններ են ձեռք բերել մաքուր տրանսպորտի արտադրության ոլորտում ԵՏՄ երկրների մեքենաշինական ձեռնարկությունների հետ արտադրական ու ինովացիոն համագործակցություն հարթելու համար։

Ֆորումի շրջանակում ելույթ ունենալով «Համագործակցությունը մեքենաշինության ու տեխնոլոգիական ինովացիաների ոլորտում» միջազգային համաժողովում՝ Նիկոլայ Կուշնարեւը նշել է, որ էլեկտրամոբիլների որոշ բաղադրիչներ ԵՏՄ-ում չեն արտադրվում։ «Դրանք մասնավորապես կոմպրեսորներն ու օդորակիչ համակարգերի բաղադրիչներին են։ Անհրաժեշտ է զարգացնել այդ բաղադրիչների տարրերի բազայի արտադրությունը։ Մենք այստեղ ներուժ ենք տեսնում արտասահմանյան, այդ թվում չինացի գործընկերների հետ համագործակցելու համար»,- շեշտել է ԵՏՀ ներկայացուցիչը։

ԵՏՄ-ի ու Չինաստանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը 2016-ին կազմել է մոտ 83 մլրդ դոլար։ Այդ թվում պահպանվում է մեքենաշինության ոլորտում փոխադարձ առեւտրի ավելացման միտումը։ Եվ այսպես մեքենաշինության արտադրանքի ներմուծումը Չինաստանից ԵՏՄ 2015-ի համեմատ ավելացել է 12․2 տոկոսով, իսկ ԵՏՄ-ից Չինաստան արտահանումը՝ 5․5 տոկոսով։

Չինաստանի հետ ԵՏՄ-ի համագործակցության հեռանկարային ուղղությունը կարող է դառնալ նաեւ ԵՏՄ-ում ավտոպահեստամասերի արտադրության կազմակերպումը։ Այս կապակցությամբ Նիկոլայ Կուշնարեւը նշել է․ «Չինաստանը ԵՏՄ տարածք  անիվների, ռադիատորների, ղեկային մեխանիզմների, էլեկտրոնիկայի բաղադրիչների հիմնական մատակարարն է։ ԵՏՄ դրանց մատակարարումների մասնաբաժինը տարբեր դիրքերով կազմում է 15-38 տոկոս։ Այստեղ ներմուծումը հայրենականով փոխարինելու զգալի ներուժ կա։ Հանձնաժողովը աջակցում է Միության տարածքում բաղադրիչների տեղայնացումը ու ողջունում այդ գործընթացում արտասահմանցի գործընկերների ներգրավումը»։

Ըստ ԵՏՀ ներկայացուցչի՝ մեկ այլ կարեւոր համատեղ նախագիծ կարող է լինել Միությունում գյուղատնտեսական մեքենաշինության ոլորտում բաղադրիչների անալոգների արտադրությունը։ Դրանց հիմնական մատարակարները ԵՄ երկրներն են, որոնց մասնաբաժինը ներմուծման ընդհանուր ծավալում 65 տոկոսի է հասնում։ Չինաստանն էլ է շատ գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա ներմուծում՝ ավելի քան 7 տոկոս։

Համաժողովին մասնակցել են Ռուսաստանի ու Չինաստանի պետական մարմինների, արդյունաբերական ու առեւտրային կազմակերպությունների ավելի քան 250 ներկայացուցիչներ։ Չինացի գործարարները հետաքրքրություն են ցուցադրել ԵՏՀ Արդյունաբերական քաղաքականության բաժնի տնօրենի հնչեցրած առաջարկների նկատմամբ։ Ձեռք են բերվել պայմանավորվածություններ դրանց հետագա վերամշակման վերաբերյալ։
