Ադրբեջանը հերթական լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժությանը պատրաստվում է միջազգային փաստաթղթերի խախտմամբ

Ադրբեջանում հունիսի 19-ից նախապատրաստվում են հերթական լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժություններին՝ խախտելով ԵԱՀԿ 9/12 որոշումը և Վիեննայի փաստաթուղթը: Դրանց համաձայն՝ լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժություններ իրականացնող երկիրը պարտավոր է այդ մասին տեղեկացնել փաստաթղթի մասնակից այլ երկրներին, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանին:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց, որ Ադրբեջանը զորավարժությունների մասին չի իրազեկել:
«Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը պարտավոր էր Վիեննայի փաստաթղթի մասնակից պետություններին սահմանված ընթացակարգով նախօրոք տեղեկացնել այդ մասին: Բայց չի իրազեկել»,- ասաց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
Հունիսի 19-ից Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժություններ կանցկացնեն։ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ զորավարժություններին կմասնակցեն շուրջ 23 հազար զինվորական անձնակազմ, 120 միավոր տանկ և զրահատեխնիկա, մինչև 180 հրթիռա-հրետանային համակարգեր, ռադիոէլեկտրոնային հետախուզության նոր համակարգեր, անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր և այլն։ Զորավարժությունները կշարունակվեն մինչև հունիսի 24-ը։
Նախորդ անգամ նման լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժություն Ադրբեջանն անցկացրել է 2017թ. ապրիլին: Այն ժամանակ ևս Ադրբեջանը չէր կատարել համապատասխան իրազեկում: Հայկական կողմն ահազանգել էր խախտման մասին՝ նշելով, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն պետք է տեղյակ լինի միջազգային փաստաթղթերի ոտնահարումների մասին: Մի քանի ամիս տարբերությամբ նման լայնամասշտաբ զորավարժությունների անցկացումը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան ուժի ցուցադրում, սեփական ժողովրդին ներքաղաքական խնդիրներից շեղելու փորձ:
