Փոստային փոխանցումների PosTransfer համակարգը կգործարկվի մինչև տարեվերջ

Հայփոստ ՓԲԸ-ի և Համաշխարհային Փոստային Միության նախաձեռնությամբ հունիսի 7-ին և 8-ին Երևանում կայացել է PosTransfer համակարգի գործարկմանը նվիրված տարածաշրջանային սեմինար, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի, Բելոռուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ուկրաինայի և Ուզբեկստանի նշանակված փոստային օպերատորների ղեկավարներ և Համաշխարհային Փոստային Միության ներկայացուցիչներ: Սեմինարի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Համաշխարհային փոստային միության ներքո փոստային դրամական փոխանցումների նոր համակարգի՝ PosTransfer ապրանքանիշի գործարկման հեռանկարները և ժամանակացույցը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ից:
Սեմինարը նվիրված է եղել Համաշխարհային Փոստային Միության նոր ապրանքանիշի կիրառման, էլեկտրոնային վճարումների զարգացման և կատարելագործման հիմնախնդիրներին Արևելյան Եվրոպայի, Կովկասի և Միջին Ասիայի երկրներում:
Նախագծի առաջին փուլը կգործարկվի վերոնշյալ երկրներում, ինչպես նաև Մոլդովայում և Տաջիկստանում: Պլանավորվում է, որ համակարգը կգործարկվի 2017թ-ի տարեվերջին:
Միասնական դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգ ստեղծելու որոշումը կայացվել էր դեռևս 2016թ-ի սեպտեմբերին Ստամբուլում կայացած Համաշխարհային փոստային միության կոնգրեսի ընթացքում: Արդեն իսկ ստեղծված է միասնական պլատֆորմ, մշակված է ծառայության ֆիրմային ոճն ու լոգոն: PosTransfer փոստային դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգը ենթադրում է փոխանցումների ընդունում և վճարում փոստային օպերատորների մասնաճյուղային ցանցի միջոցով՝ կիրառելով հեռահաղորդակցման միջոցներ, այդ թվում բջջային հավելված: Փոխանցումները հասանելի կլինեն անմիջապես ուղարկելուց հետո, առցանց ռեժիմով՝ բոլոր անդամ երկրների համար միասնական օպերացիոն և տեխնոլոգիական ստանդարտներով:
Սպասվում է, որ Համաշխարհային Փոստային Միության անդամ մյուս երկրները կմիանան PosTransfer համակարգին հետագա փուլերում:
