Մասնագիտական կողմնորշման դասընթացները մարզերում հետաքրքրություն են առաջացնում բժշկի ու գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների նկատմամբ

Երիտասարդներին հիմնականում հետաքրքրող մի շարք մասնագիտությունների համար հայաստանյան աշխատաշուկայում պահանջարկ չկա: Մասնագիտական սխալ ընտրության խնդիրը աշխատաշուկայի պահանջներին տեղյակ չլինելը, անձնային որակները հաշվի չառնելն  ու առարկայական չհիմնավորված նախասիրություններին տուրք տալն է: Այնուամենայնիվ, մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման դաընթացները որոշակիորեն օգնում են ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարել: «Արմենպրես »-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հունիսի 16-ին կայացած ասուլիսում այս մասին խոսեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման մեթոդական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Հայկուհի Գևորգյանը:

«Գյուղատնտեսությունը Հայաստանում գերակա ուղղություններից մեկն է, և մենք լուրջ խնդիր ունենք այս ոլորտի նկատմամբ երեխաների մեջ հետաքրքրություն առաջացնելու: Մեր աշխատանքները ցույց տվեցին՝ գյուղում ձգտում են, որ երեխան ավարտի դպրոցը և գա քաղաք: Կա ներքին միգրացիայի խնդիր, որը կարող է լուրջ խոչընդոտ հանդիսանալ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացման համար: Ագրարային համալսարանի դիմորդների քանակն ասվածի ապացույցն է: Մարզերում որոշակի որակավորում ունեցող բժիշկների, ինչպես նաև մանկավարժների պակաս կա»,-ասաց Հայկուհի Գևորգյանն ու նշեց, որ  կենտրոնի կազմակերպած մասնագիտական կողմնորշման դասընթացների արդյունքում, այնուամենայնիվ, հատկապես Սյունիքում և Տավուշում բավականին փոխվել են  երիտասարդների պատկերացումները գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքի նկատմամբ:

Կենտրոնի տնօրենի խոսքով՝ իրենք իրականացնում են նաև հետազոտություններ կայքերում հրապարակված աշխատաշուկայի պահանջի վերաբերյալ: Դրանց արդյունքում՝ վերջին եռամսյակի համար ամենապահանջված մասնագիտությունն է տեխնիկ-ծրագրավորողը, պահանջված են նաև ֆինանսիստի, տնտեսագետի, շուկայագետի, սպասարկման ոլորտի մենեջերի մասնագիտությունները: Եվ պահանջարկն ու առաջարկը համընկնում են միայն տնտեսագետի, ծրագրավորողի մասնագիտությունների դեպքում: Դիմորդներին հետաքրքրող հոգեբանի, դիզայների և շատ այլ մասնագիտությունների պահանջարկ չկա աշխատաշուկայում: Հաճախ երեխաներն ընտրում են օտար լեզուները միայն նրա համար, որ լեզու սովորեն:

«Մեր կենտրոնը փորձում է դպրոցներում ունենալ վերապատրաստված մասնագետներ, նրանց տալ համապատասխան մեթոդաբանություն, մշակել տարբեր մեթոդիկաներ՝ հաշվի առնելով նոր զարգացումները ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլ նաև աշխարհում: Կարիերայի խորհրդատուի որակավորման համար հիմնվում ենք հիմնականում հոգեբանի, սոցիալական մանկավարժի, սոցիալական աշխատողի որակավորում ունեցող անձանց վրա: Մինչ այսօր ունենք 320 դպրոցում վերապատրաստված շուրջ 650 մասնագետ: Նրանք ոչ բոլոր դպրոցներում են աշխատում, քանի որ ԿԳՆ-ն իրավական հիմքերը դեռ չի ապահովել»,-ասաց Հայկուհի Գևորգյանը:
