Ճապոնիայում ուժի մեջ Է մտել գահից Ակիհիտո կայսեր առաջիկա հրաժարման մասին օրենքը

Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը հունիսի 16-ին գործարկել Է ավելի վաղ խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված եզակի օրենքը, որը վերջին 200 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ երկրի կայսրին թույլ Է տալիս հրաժարվել գահից: Փաստաթուղթը, ինչպես հայտնում Է դրա պաշտոնապես հրապարակված տեքստը, գործում Է երեք տարի եւ վերաբերում Է միայն ներկայում գործող միապետին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
83-ամյա Ակիհիտո կայսրի հրաժարման ստույգ օրը կորոշվի հետագա կոնսուլտացիաների ընթացքում եւ կձեւակերպվի կառավարական հրամանագրի տեսքով: Դրանից անմիջապես հետո գահը կփոխանցվի նրա որդուն՝ 57-ամյա գահաժառանգ արքայորդի Նարուհիտոյին:
Առայժմ առավել հավանական Է համարվում այն տարբերակը, ըստ որի Ակիհիտոն հանգստի կգնա 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերին: Սակայն չի բացառվում, որ դա կարող Է տեղի ունենալ ավելի շուտ: Կա նաեւ առաջարկ կայսրի փոխարինումն իրականացնել ֆինանսական տարվա ավարտվելու հետ միաժամանակ՝ 2019 թվականի մարտի 31-ին՝ երկրում գործավարությունը թեթեւացնելու համար:
Գահից հրաժարվելուց հետո Ակիհիտոն առաջվա պես կկոչվի «Ձերդ գերազանցություն», նա կպահպանի իր ներկայիս նյութական ապահովումը, թեեւ կտեղափոխվի այլ պալատ: Միեւնույն ժամանակ նա ամբողջությամբ որդուն կփոխանցի իր՝ որպես պետության եւ ժողովրդի միասնության խորհրդանիշի սահմանադրական գործառույթները: Օրենքում հատուկ վերապահություն Է արվում, որ հանգստի գնացող կայսը զրկվում Է իր բոլոր լիազորություններից ու պարտավորություններից, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
