«Նոր Հայաստան» հանրային փրկության ճակատի հետ մոտ մեկ տարի համագործակցած «Ժողովրդավարական հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Պետրոս Մակեյանը կարծում է, որ ժողովուրդն անպայման վրեժ է լուծելու: Նրա կարծիքով՝ ներկա իշխանություններին հեռացնելու միայն մի ելք կա՝ ուժով: Եվ առանց ուժի գործադրման իշխող քաղաքական ուժը երբեք էլ ինքնակամ չի հեռանա:
 
«Առաջին լրատվականի» հետ զրույցում նա ասել է, որ վարչախմբին հնարավոր կլինի հեռացնել, եթե զուգահեռ զարգանա ղարաբաղյան հարցի լուծման կազանյան տարբերակը և իշխանությունները ոչ մի բանի դիմաց սկսեն հողեր հանձնել։ Քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով՝ այդ դեպքում արդեն իշխանություններին հեռացնելը ոչ միայն հնարավոր կլինի, այլև շատ հավանական։
 
Նա խոսելով վրեժ լուծելու մասին, չի մանրամասնում, սակայն, թե «վրեժ» ասվածի բուն պատճառը որն է: Եթե ժողովրդի տեսանկյունից նայենք, ապա դա ոչ թե վրեժ է, այլ սովորական պահանջ սեփական իշխանություններից: Այսինքն, յուրաքանչյուր ողջամիտ հասարակություն արյան փոխարեն նախընտրում է իշխանություններին ստիպել, որ երկրում կոռուպցիա չլինի, Պողոսի փոխարեն Մարտիրոսին չդատեն, որ ինչ–որ ճարպիկներ չկարողանան երկիրը սեփական բոստանի վերածել:
 
Երկրում առկա արատավոր երևույթների դեմ պայքարելու համար շատ հասարակական խմբեր են ձևավորվել ու բոլորն էլ փորձում են այս կամ այն կերպ պայքարել, բայց ոչ մեկը չի խոսում վրեժ լուծելու մասին: Եվ ամենևին էլ այնպես չէ, որ ով չի խոսում վրեժի մասին, ուրեմն վախկոտ է: Ընդհակառակը, բայց համաձայնեք, որ եթե հարցը վրեժի մակարդակի է դրվում, ապա միանշանակ ինչ–որ բան, ինչ–որ տեղ այնպես չէ, և այն, ինչ ասվում է, ընդամենը այսբերգի երևացող մասն է «ընդգծում»:
 
Ի դեպ, «Նոր Հայաստան» ճակատի անդամ է նաև «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը, ով բավականին լոյալ է վերաբերվում ներկա իշխանություններին: Ու չնայած արդեն երկար տարիներ է տարբեր հարթակներից հայտարարում է, որ բոլորը պատասխան են տալու, բայց մինչ օրս, որքանով հայտնի է, որևէ մեկն այդպես էլ պատասխան չտվեց:
 
Հետաքրքիր է նաև, որ «Ժառանգության» առաջնորդը երբեք չխոսեց հողերը հանձնելու մասին, այն էլ այնքան հանգիստ տոնով, որքան Պ. Մակեյանը: Այս պարագայում մի փոքր դժվարանում է իրարից զատելը, թե ով է իրականում հայրենասերը, ով վրիժառուն, ով դավաճանը:
