Թուրքիան չեղարկել է «Ալթայ» տանկի մշակման և արտադրության պայմանագիրը

Թուրքիայի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության գլխավոր վարչությունը չեղարկել է թուրքական «Օթոքար» ընկերության հետ տեղական «Ալթայ» տանկերի զագնվածային արտադրության պայմանագիրը: Այս մասին հունիսի 9-ին հայտնել է թուրքական ընկերությունը:
Թուրքիայի ՊԱԳՎ-ից ընկերությանն ուղարկված հաղորդագրությունում նշված է եղել, որ «Օթոքարի» առաջարկած գինը հարմար չէ, ինչի պատճառով որոշում է կայացվել նոր մրցույթ հայտարարել:
ՊԱԳՎ-ն նոր մրցույթի կապակցությամբ հայտարարություն դեռևս չի տարածել, ինչպես նաև չի մեկնաբանել Օթոքարի այս հայտարարությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ընդամենը երկու ամիս առաջ՝ ապրիլին, Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարը դեռ նշում էր, որ տանկերը պետք է զանգվածային արատադրության դրվեն 2019-20 թվականներից: Սակայն դրանից մեկ ամիս առաջ Թուրքիան չեղարկել էր նաև տանկերի շարժիչների արտադրության նախկինում կնքված պայմանագիրը:
Ըստ այդմ արդեն իսկ կարելի է նշել, որ տանկերի մշակման գործընթացը նորից պետք է անցնի որոշակի փուլեր, որոնք այս նշված ընկերությունները կամ արդեն անցել էին, կամ՝ ձախողել: Սա իր հերթին մի քանի տարի ևս կարող է երկարաձգել տանկերի հնարավոր արտադրությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ թուրքական «Ալթայ» (Altay) հիմնական մարտական տանկը արդեն շուրջ 10 տարի մշակում էր «Օթոքար» ընկերությունը՝ Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերի պատվերով, 2007-ին ՊԱԳՎ-ի հետ կնքված պայմանագրի հիման վրա։ Օգտագործվել են հարավկորեական K2 Black Panther տանկի համար կիրառված տեխնոլոգիաներն ու լուծումները։ Մեկ տանկի մոտավոր արժեքը գնահատվել է 5,5 միլիոն դոլար։
Տանկի զանգվածային արատադրությունը ամեն տարի երկարաձգվում էր, սակայն որպես հիմնական պատճառ բերվում էր շարժիչների խնդիրը: Ներկայում տանկերի մշակման գործընթացից դուրս է հանվել նաև հիմնական կապալառուն:
