1. Մենք միշտ դեպի մեր կյանք ենք ձգում այնպիսի մարդու, ինչպիսին ինքներս ենք։ Եթե ձեզ դուր չի գալիս ձեր շրջապատը, նայեք ձեր հոգու խորքը։ Եթե կարծում եք, որ շրջապատի ընտրության հարցում ձեր բախտը բերում է, պատճառն այն է, որ դուք եւս այդպիսին եք։ Ուստի եթե ցանկանում եք, որ ձեր կյանքում արժանի մարդ հայտնվի, ինքներդ այդպիսին դարձեք։

2. Ինչ տալիս ենք, այն էլ ստանում ենք։ Զուգընկերոջը վերաբերվեք այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայիք, որ նա ձեզ վերաբերվեր։

3. Բոլորս էլ սիրո կարիք շատ ունենք։ Սիրել՝ նշանակում է մարդուն ընդունել անպիսին, ինչպիսին կա. անկեղծություն, քնքշանք, հոգատարություն տալու եւ պատասխանատվություն կրելու պատրաստականություն, հուսալիություն, առատաձեռնություն։ Եւ որքան շատ ենք մենք դրսեւորում այդ հատկությունները, փոխարենն այնքան ավելի ենք ստանում։ Վախը, խանդը, կախվածությունը, մանիպուլյացիան, վերահսկողությունը, հավակնությունները, կշտամբանքները կործանում են հարաբերություններն ու սիրո հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեն։ 

4. Բոլոր բառերը ուժ ունեն։ Խոսքով կարելի է դարմանել, կարելի է նաեւ սպանել։ Պիտակավորումները, վիրավորանքը, կշտամբանքը հոգում այնպիսի վերքերի պատճառ են դառնում, որոնք դժվար է բուժել։ Դրանք անդառնալի ազդեցություն ունեն։ Յուրաքանչյուր մարդու հոգու խորքում երեխա է ապրում, որը վախենում է մերժված լինելուց։ Մի թերագնահատեք նրան ցավ պատճառելու ձեր ունակությունը։ Խոսքի ուժն օգտագործեք միայն ջերմ բառերի, հաճոյախոսությունների, աջակցության համար։

5. Վստահությունը շատ կարեւոր է։ Առանց դրա մարդը դառնում է կասկածելի, անհանգիստ եւ իրեն վտանգի մեջ է զգում, իսկ մյուս մարդուն թվում է, թե ինքը հուզական թակարդում է, թե իրեն թույլ չեն տալիս շնչել։ Խանդը վախ է միայնակ մնալուց, ցածր ինքնագնահատական։ Բացի, այդ նման մարդը չի սիրում ինքն իրեն։ Վստահությունն իրական սիրո անքակտելի տարրն է։ 

6. Անկեղծ եղեք։ Սերը նման է բույսի, որը կա՛մ ծաղկում է, կա՛մ թոշնում։ Ամեն ինչ կախված է նրանից, թե ինչ ենք մենք անում դրա հետ։ Անկեղծ շփումը ջրի է նման, առանց դրա բույսը չի կարող գոյատեւել։ Ասեք միմյանց ձեր ցանկությունների, միմյանց նկատմամբ ձեր վերաբերմունքի եւ զգացմունքների մասին։ Ձեր զուգընկերը պետք է իմանա, որ դուք նրան սիրում ու գնահատում եք։ Երբեք մի վախեցեք ասել՝ «Ես սիրում եմ քեզ»։ Մի վախեցեք զուգընկերոջը գովաբանել։ Անկեղծ գովաբանությունը նույնն է, ինչ բույսի համար արեւի լույսը. այն նոր կյանք է հաղորդում ձեր հարաբերություններին։
