Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ծառայության (ՍՊԾ) սեյսմոլոգիական ցանցի կողմից հունիսի 8-ից մինչև 14-ը գրանցված երկրաշարժերից 21-ի համար որոշվել են օջախի հիմնական պարամետրերը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «ՍՊԾ» գործակալությունից, տեղի ունեցած սեյսմիկ իրադարձություններից 3-ը գտնվում են Հայաստանի, 2-ն էլ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունների տարածքներում՝

  • հունիսի 8-ին, ժամը 22:37-ին, M=1.0, Գավառ քաղաքից 20 կմ դեպի հարավ-արևմուտք,
  • հունիսի 9-ին, ժամը 01:37-ին, M=1.9, Քարվաճառ քաղաքից 11 կմ դեպի հյուսիս-արևելք,
  • հունիսի 9-ին, ժամը 21:07-ին, M=1.2, Գավառ քաղաքից 21 կմ դեպի հարավ-արևմուտք,
  • հունիսի 11-ին, ժամը 17:17-ին, M=1.9, Քարվաճառ քաղաքից 8 կմ դեպի հյուսիս,
  • հունիսի 12-ին, ժամը 01:45-ին, M=1.9, Գյումրի քաղաքից 13 կմ դեպի հյուսիս-արևելք:

Տարածաշրջանում 3 բալ և ավելի ուժգնությամբ գրանցվել է 3 երկրաշարժ: Հունիսի 8-ին 3 բալ ուժգնությամբ (մագնիտուդ 2.3) երկրաշարժ է տեղի ունեցել Թուրքիայում՝ Ալաշկերտ քաղաքից 9 կմ դեպի հարավ-արևելք: Հունիսի 13-ին Վրաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանային գոտում` Ծնորի քաղաքից 38 կմ դեպի հարավ-արևմուտք, գրանցվել է երկրաշարժ, որի ուժգնությունն էպիկենտրոնային գոտում կազմել է 3-4 բալ (մագնիտուդ 2.7): Նույն օրը 3 բալ ուժգնությամբ (մագնիտուդ 2.3) երկրաշարժ է տեղի ունեցել Իրանում՝ Ահար քաղաքից 33 կմ դեպի հարավ-արևմուտք:

Տարածաշրջանից դուրս 6.0 և ավելի մագնիտուդով գրանցվել է 2 երկրաշարժ: Հունիսի 12-ին Էգեյան ծովում, Թուրքիա-Հունաստան սահմանային գոտում` Իզմիր քաղաքից 85 կմ դեպի հյուսիս-արևմուտք, տեղի է ունեցել 6.2 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժ: Երկրաշարժի հետևանքով Լեսբոս կղզում զոհվել է մի կին, տուժել է 15 մարդ, հարյուրավոր մարդիկ մնացել են անօթևան: Քանդվել են տասնյակ տներ, արգելափակվել ավտոճանապարհները: Տուժել է հատկապես կղզու հարավում տեղակայված Պլոմարի քաղաքը: Երկրաշարժը զգացվել է Հունաստանի մայրաքաղաք Աթենքում, մոտակա կղզիներում, ինչպես նաև թուրքական քաղաքներից Ստամբուլում և Իզմիրում:

Հունիսի 14-ին Կենտրոնական Ամերիկայում՝ Գվատեմալայի Սան Մարկոս քաղաքից 15 կմ դեպի հյուսիս գրանցվել է 6.9 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժ: Վերջինիս հետևանքով զովել է 5 մարդ, 7-ը ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Մասնակիորեն քանդվել է ավելի քան 40 շինություն: Առաջացած սողանքի պատճառով արգելափակվել են ավտոճանապարհներ: Երկրաշարժից տուժել է ընդհանուր թվով 600 մարդ:
