Կառավարությունը պատրաստվում է ազատել «ՄԵԴԻԿԱԼ ՀՈՐԻԶՈՆ» ՍՊԸ–ին ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից: Սա արվում է «ՄԵԴԻԿԱԼ ՀՈՐԻԶՈՆ» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությանը ներկայացված հայտի հիման վրա: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը կընդունվի այսօր կայանալիք գործադիրի հերթական նիստի ընթացքում:
 
Մասնավորապես «ՄԵԴԻԿԱԼ ՀՈՐԻԶՈՆ» ՍՊԸ–ն նախարարությանն էր ներկայացրել հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը՝ դիմում, ներդրումային ծրագիր, տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերի և հումքի ու նյութերի ցանկը և դրանց տեխնիկական բնութագիրը:
 
Նախագծից տեղեկանում ենք, որ «ՄԵԴԻԿԱԼ ՀՈՐԻԶՈՆ» ընկերության կողմից ներմուծվող հումքն օգտագործվելու է միայն դեղագործության մեջ: Բացի այդ ներմուծվող հումքերն ու նյութերը չեն ներմուծվում ԵՏՄ անդամ–երկրներից, քանի որ չեն բավարարում ընկերությանն անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական չափանիշներին և քանակներին։ Ներմուծման հիմնական երկրներն են Իրանը, Գերմանիան և Չինաստանը:
 
Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կկազմի 181 միլիոն դրամ: Ծրագրի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 15 նոր աշխատատեղ՝ 120 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով։ Ծրագրով նախատեսված արտադրանքի ծավալները կկազմեն 460 միլիոն դրամ, որից 400 միլիոն դրամը կիրացվի ՀՀ տարածքում, իսկ 60 միլիոնը կարտահանվի երրորդ երկրներ։
Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը և ամփոփելով շահագրգիռ մարմիններից ստացված կարծիքները նախարարությունը նպատակահարմար է գտնում բավարարել «ՄԵԴԻԿԱԼ ՀՈՐԻԶՈՆ» ՍՊԸ կողմից ներկայացված հայտը:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ արտոնության առկայությունը լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և որպես հետևանք նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, ներդրումների ներգրավման, տեղական արտադրության և արտահանման խթանման համար:
 
Նախատեսվում է 180 միլիոն 790 հազար դրամի դեղամիջոց, դրանց ուղեկցող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների բաղկացուցիչ և համալրող մասերի ներմուծում:
Ըստ կառավարության էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրի՝ ընկերության հիմնադիրն է Լիբանանահայ Ադրուզան–Յերվանտ Չակելյանը, ընկերությունը գրանցված է Արարատի մարզի Մասիս քաղաքում:
 
Ընկերության կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ «ՄԵԴԻԿԱԼ ՀՈՐԻԶՈՆ»–ի դեղագործական գործարանը հիմնադրվել է 2005 թ. և 2008 թ. զբաղվում է «Պարացետամոլի» մոմիկների արտադրությամբ: Նշենք, որ ըստ նախագծին կից հավելվածի՝ ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է նաև մոմիկների փաթեթավորման համար դեղագործական խցիկներ ներմուծել:
