Հայաստանի Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել՝ անդրադառնալով հարկային ծառայության առաջիկա անելիքներին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՊԵԿ ղեկավարը հստակ խնդիր է դրել՝ իրականացնել համակարգային և որակական փոփոխություններ՝ կարճ ժամանակում հանրությանը տեսանելի դարձնելով արդյունքները:

Անդրադառնալով ՊԵԿ-ում մեկնարկած կառուցվածքային և կադրային փոփոխություններին, կոմիտեի ղեկավարը շեշետել է, որ համակարգի ստեղծումից ի վեր, երկրորդ անգամն են նման խոշորածավալ փոփոխություններ իրականացվում. «ՊԵԿ-ում, միանշանակ, պետք է աշխատեն նրանք, ովքեր բարձր են պահում համակարգի պատիվը և իրենց ամենօրյա աշխատանքով արդյունավետ պայքարում են արատավոր երևույթների դեմ»:

Վարդան Հարությունյանն այս փուլում կարևորել է նաև իրավական հատվածի բարեփոխումների արդյունավետության բարձրացումը: Կոմիտեի ղեկավարը նոր թիմից հարկային ծառայողի կերպարի արմատական վերափոխում է ակնկալում՝ սկսած մասնագիտական կարողությունների բարձրացումից մինչև ընդհանուր վարքագծի փոփոխություն:

Վարդան Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ թեպետ վերջին ամիսներին համակարգում աշխատաոճի դրական փոփոխությունները տեսանելի են, այնուամենայնիվ դեռևս գործելաոճի մեջ արմատական բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտություն կա: Նա հանձնարարել է բացառել հովանավորչությունը, ինչի վերաբերյալ դեռևս ահազանգեր կան: Կոմիտեի նախագահը միաժամանակ հորդորել է արհեստական խոչընդոտներ չստեղծել բիզնեսի համար, ազատականացնել ընթացակարգերը և մատուցել բացառապես որակյալ ծառայություն. «Շատ անելիքներ կան, որպեսզի հասարակության վերաբերմունքն ու մոտեցումը փոխվեն: Գործարար, և, ընդհանրապես, ներդրումային մթնոլորտի փոփոխությունը կախված է համակարգի յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցից, քանի որ բիզնեսմենը հենց ձեզնից է ստանում երկրում գործարարությամբ զբաղվելու, ներդրում անելու առաջին ազդակը»:

ՊԵԿ նախագահը վստահեցրել է, որ խիստ և հետևողական է լինելու առաջադրված խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ ու հորդորել՝ չստվերել բարեփոխումների գործընթացը, նպաստել Հայաստանի բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավմանը:
