Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալությունը կշարունակի սերտ համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի հետ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդունել է Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության նախագահ Շինիչի Կիտաոկայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետը բարձր է գնահատել Ճապոնիայի կողմից Հայաստանի անկախությունից ի վեր մեր երկրի տնտեսության կայուն զարգացմանը միտված օժանդակությունը և նշել, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը շահագրգռված է երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնմամբ ու ակտիվացմամբ: Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարևորել է Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի միջև առևտրատնտեսական կապերի զարգացումը և նշել, որ անհրաժեշտ է գործարար կապերի սերտացման նպատակով պարբերաբար կազմակերպել բիզնես ֆորումներ: Գործադիրի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է նաև Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության օժանդակությունը ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությանը՝ աղետների կառավարման և ռիսկերի նվազեցման, հրշեջ փրկարարական ծառայության զարգացման նպատակով: Այդ առումով, վարչապետը կարևորել է նաև Լոռու, Շիրակի և Սյունիքի մարզերի հրշեջ փրկարարական ծառայությունների գույքի բարելավման ծրագիրը և հույս հայտնել, որ այն կկրի շարունակական բնույթ:
Շինիչի Կիտաոկան վստահեցրել է, որ իր գլխավորած գործակալությունը շարունակելու է սերտ համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի հետ և նշել, որ կարևորում են աղետների կառավարման ոլորտում մեր երկրի մասնագետների հետ փորձի փոխանակումը, ուսումնական ծրագրերի իրականացումը: Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ տպավորված է Հայաստանի արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման, կանխարգելման համակարգով և մասնագետների պատրաստվածության մակարդակը գնահատել է գերազանց:
