Ռոբերտ Մելքոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Իմ կարծիքով՝ բանսարկու, քծնվող, աշխատասենյակից-աշխատասենյակ վազող, տանող-բերող, ընկերներին, մրցակիցներին վարկաբեկող, երկերեսանի, հաճախ նաև բազմադեմ, գլուխգովան, իրենց նշանակությունը գերներկայացնող, կարևորող, հաճախ հիշեցնող և աշխատանքները միայն ու միայն իրենց վերագրող, ղեկավարի բացակայության ժամանակ թռնող, նրա ներկայության դեպքում՝ պատեհ-անպատեհ աչքին երևացողները: Կարևորը ներկայացնելն է, ինտրիգ ստեղծելու, սեփական «արժանիքները» գովազդելու նրբագույն արվեստին տիրապետելը…
Իսկ եթե դրա հետ միասին ճարտարախոս ես ու քաղցրալեզու, ուրեմն մշտապես դարթսի կենտրոնին կխփես: Եթե ղեկավարիդ մի երկու ֆավորիտի, մերձավորի կամ ընկերոջ էլ քեզանով անես և նրանցով պարբերաբար ականջալուր հասցնես, ապա լրիվ կդառնաս սուպեր՝ անփոխարինելի:
Նմաններն ինչ էլ անեն՝ պրոբլեմներ, խնդիրներ ստեղծեն, խառնեն կոլեկտիվի բարոյա-հոգեբանական մթնոլորտը, «ՉՊ»-ներ ունենան, մեկ է կներվեն, կգնահատվեն, կհերոսացվեն, նույնիսկ դավաճանությունն էլ կներեն:
Իսկ հավատարիմ, գիտակ, ազնիվ, պարտաճանաչ, գլուխը կախ, կարգապահ, իր գործը սուսուփուս կատարող, ղեկավարի համար պրոբլեմներ չստեղծող աշխատակցի հերն էլ անիծած…Նա ուրիշ ի՞նչ պետք է անի, իհարկե գլուխ կախ աշխատի, իսկ պետք եղած ժամանակ դառնա նման շուստրիների քավության նոխազը կամ իր տեղը «զիջողը»…
