«Իրավունք» թերթը գրում է.

«Հայտնի է, որ ԱԺ «Ժառուկյան» դաշինքը դեմ քվեարկեց «Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2017-2020 թվականների ծրագրի մասին» օրենքի նախագծին: Դա հասկանալի է, դաշինքի որոշելիքն է, բայց զարմանալի է, որ մասնավորեցմանը դեմ քվեարկողների թվում էր «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք խմբակցությունից ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Միքայել Մելքումյանը, ով ժամանակին եղել է ՀՀ սեփականաշնորհման գործընթացի ակունքներում:

Չմոռանանք, որ այդ նույն վայրի սեփականաշնորհումից ժամանակին տեղը տեղին օգտվել են նաեւ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի ներկայիս գործարար պատգամավորներից շատերը: Ուրեմն ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց, որ հիմա արդեն դեմ են:

Հարցի պատասխանը փորձեցինք ստանալ ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ կրթության եւ գիտության մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վարդան Բոստանջյանից, ով մեզ հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Միքայել մելքումյանի՝ ժամանակին սեփականաշնորհման փոխնախարար լինելուն՝ նկատեց.

«Ով ինչ է եղել, երբ է եղել, հավատացեք, Բոստանջյանին չի հետաքրքրում առհասարակ: Հիմա ինչ էլ խոսեմ պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման հետ կապված՝ բացարձակապես Ձեր նշած անձի հետ կապ չունի: Ես կարող եմ մասնավորեցմանը վերաբերող հարցին պատասխանել միայն իմ անունից՝, թե որքանով եմ ես համարում այդ նախագիծը արդյունավետ, ցանկալի, իրատեսական:
Թե չէ՝ աշխատել են, չեն աշխատել, գողացել են, հափշտակել են, դա իմ ի՞նչ գործն է»:
