Պետությունը կսուբսիդավորի գերակա ոլորտների վարկային տոկոսները. վարչապետը հանդիպել է բանկային համակարգի ներկայացուցիչներին

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ և բանկային համակարգի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել հերթական խորհրդակցությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ կառավարության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետը կարևորել է ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ պարբերական հանդիպումների անցկացումը և ընդգծել, որ կառավարության նոր ծրագրում հստակ ներկայացվելու են այն գերակա ոլորտները, ուղղությունները, որոնք համարվում են բիզնեսի, տնտեսության զարգացման համար արդյունավետ և ներուժ ունեցող:
«Մենք հստակ հայտարարելու ենք, որ պետությունն իր մասնաբաժինն է ունենալու և սուբսիդավորելու է գերակա ոլորտների վարկային տոկոսները: Խոսքը վերաբերում է գյուղատնտեսությանը, թեթև արդյունաբերությանը, կաշվի վերամշակմանը, կոշիկի արտադրությանը, գորգագործությանը, ինչպես նաև արտահանմանը»,- նշել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ախտորոշումը ցույց է տվել, որ պետք է սկզբունքորեն բարձրացնել արդյունավետությունը՝ ներդնելով կաթիլային համակարգեր, ինտենսիվ այգիներ, ջերմոցային տնտեսություններ և նոր գյուղտեխնիկա: «Այս ուղղություններով գյուղնախարարությունը մշակել է ֆինանսավորման հայտանիշեր, բանաձևեր: Մենք վարկի մարման առաջին երկու տարում կանգնելու ենք գյուղացու կողքին և սուբսիդավորելու վարկի տոկոսագումարի գերիշխող մասը՝ 70-80 տոկոսը: Մշակված նման բանաձևեր ունենք նաև թեթև արդյունաբերության համար»,- ասել է վարչապետը: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում բանկային համակարգին ներկայացնել նշված ոլորտների ֆինանսավորման հայտանիշերը:
Այնուհետև քննարկվել են արտահանման ոլորտների ֆինանսավորմանը, բանկերում առկա ակտիվների իրացմանը, տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերի վարկավորմանը, բիզնես օմբուդսմենի ինստիտուտի ներդրմանը, բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավմանը, բանկային համակարգի զարգացմանն ու առկա խնդիրներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:
Բանկային համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները ողջունել են կառավարության նախաձեռնողականությունը, մասնավորապես, Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալության ակտիվ գործունեությունը՝ արտահանողների խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ: Նշվել է, որ այն մեծապես նպաստել է նաև վարկային ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը:
