Օրենքով նախատեսված կառուցապատման պահանջները խախտողներին պետք է խիստ պատժել: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի շինարարության և գիտատեխնիկական նորմավորման վարչության խորհրդատու Ալեքսանդր Մովսիսյանը:
«Հայաստանում անորակ շինարարության համար ամենախոշոր տուգանքը 400 հազար դրամն է: Դա պարզապես ծիծաղելի է: Նման դեպքում պետք է տասնյակ միլիոններ տուգանեն, որ կառուցապատողը հասկանա»,-ասաց Ալեքսանդր Մովսիսյանը:
Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը նման դեպքերում խնդրի լուծում է համարում կառուցապատողի գրպանին հարվածելը:
«Եթե մարդը մեծ ներդրումներ է կատարում, շինարարություն իրականացնում, 400 հազար դրամ տուգանելը ի՞նչ խնդիր է լուծելու: Ես դեռ չեմ տեսել մեկին, ով պատժված լիներ սխալ կառուցապատման համար: Անհրաժեշտ է գտնել վատթարագույն արված աշխատանքը և բոլորի աչքի առաջ, հրապարակավ քանդել: Բնակիչերի նկատմամբ նույնպես պետք է խիստ լինել: Նրանք ուղղակի իրենց կյանքը չեն գնահատում: Շատերը բնակարանի ներսում ավելորդ սյուներ են դնում, բացվածքներ են անում, ինչը չի կարելի»,-ասաց Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը:
Ոլորտի մասնագետները պնդում են, որ շինարարության բնագավառում պետք է ուժեղացնել տեխնիկական հսկողության ինստիտուտը:
