Խաղողագործության ոլորտում քարտեզագրում և տվյալների հստակ բազա է պետք. Իգնատի Առաքելյան

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր ընդունել է Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության (GIZ) «Մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացում և մասնագիտական կրթություն և ուսուցում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի ղեկավար Վիլհելմ Յուգոյին, կարճաժամկետ փորձագետ, քարտեզագրման մասնագետ Անա Լուզին և ծրագրի ավագ փորձագետ Արամ Բաբայանին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև Խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Զարուհի Մուրադյանը:
Հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը խաղողի այգիների քարտեզագրումն էեղել, որը հնարավորություն կտա համապարփակ տեղեկատվություն ունենալ Հայաստանում աճեցվող խաղողի այգիների վերաբերյալ: Այնուհետև ծրագրեր կմշակվեն խաղողագործության և գինեգործության իրավական դաշտը կարգավորելու համար:
«Խաղողագործությունը գյուղատնտեսության կարևորագույն ոլորտներից է, ուստի անհրաժեշտ է քարտեզագրել և հստակ տվյալների բազա ունենալ, որպեսզի ուսումնասիրելով շուկայի պահանջարկը՝ կարողանանք մեր երկրում զարգացնել խաղողագործությունն ու գինեգործությունը»,- ասել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:
Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ Խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամը կազմել է հարցաթերթիկ և պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերել Ի-Վի-Էն գինու ակադեմիայի ուսանողների հետ և նրանք մարզերում արդեն սկսել են առաջնային տեղեկատվության հավաքագրումը:
ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը նշել է նաև, GIS տիեզերական հեռազննման համակարգի ներդրման միջազգային ցանկացած փորձ, որը հնարավոր է տեղայնացնել Հայաստանում, նախարարությունը պատրաստակամ է քննարկել:
«Մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացում և մասնագիտական կրթություն և ուսուցում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի ղեկավար Վիլհելմ Յուգոն նշել է, որ հունիսի 13-14-ը Երևանում կմեկնարկի «Կադաստրի համակարգում խաղողի այգու տեղադրման ներուժն ու պահանջները» խորագրով սեմինարը և հույս է հայտնել, որ այն հետաքրքրություն կառաջացնի խաղողագործության ոլորտի մասնագետների մոտ:
Խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Զարուհի Մուրադյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ սեմինարի ընթացքում կներկայացնեն այն բոլոր ծրագրերը, որոնք Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը պատրաստվում է իրականացնել խաղողագործության ոլորտում:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը հաջողություն է մաղթել և նշել է, որ միշտ պատրաստ է քննարկել առկա հարցերը:
