Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահ Մուն Չժե Ինը Ճապոնիայի վարչապետ Սինձո Աբեի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոսիհիո Նիկայիի հետ կայացած հանդիպան ընթացքում «գոյատեւման հարց» Է համարել Կորեական թերակղզու միջուկազերծման խնդիրը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

«ԿԺԴՀ-ի միջուկազերծումը կարեւոր Է աշխարհի եւ Հյուսիսարեւելյան Ասիայի խաղաղության ապահովման, այլեւ Հարավային Կորեայի համար. դա գոյատեւման հարց Է»,- Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահի խոսքը մեջբերել Է «Ռյոնհապ» գործակալությունը:

Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահի վարչակազմի տվյալներով՝ Տոսիհիրո Նիկային Մուն Չժե Ինին փոխանցել Է Սինձո Աբեի նամակը, որում Ճապոնիայի վարչապետն ընդգծել Է ԿԺԴՀ-ի վրա գործադրվող ճնշումը շարունակելու եւ Փենյանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների ռեժիմը խստացնելու անհրաժեշտությունն այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ԿԺԴՀ-ն լիովին չի հրաժարվել իր միջուկային ծրագրից: «Նախագահ Մունը հայտարարել Է, որ անհրաժեշտ Է ԿԺԴՀ-ին վերադարձնել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ, քանի որ մեն միայն պատժամիջոցների եւ ճնշման միջոցով հարցը չի լուծվի»,-հայտարարել Է նախագահի ներկայացուցիչ Պակ Սու Հյոնը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Հարավային Կորեայի ղեկավարը նաեւ գտնում Է, որ «անհրաժեշտ Է պահպանել պատժամիջոցներն ու ճնշումը, բայց միեւնույն ժամանակ ուղերձ հղել առ այն, որ ԿԺԴՀ-ին կօգնեն, հենց որ նա հրաժարվի միջուկային զենքից»: Հունիսի սկզբին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը միաձայն բանաձեւ Է ընդունել, որն ընդլայնում Է ԿԺԴՀ-ի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները շարունակվող հրթիռային արձակումների կապակցությամբ: Ցուցակում հայտնվել են մի քանի մասնավոր անձինք եւ չորս իրավաբանական անձ՝ հրթիռային զորքեր, առեւտրական ֆիրմաներ եւ բանկ: Վերջին արձակումն իրականացվել Է հունիսի 9-ին, երբ ԿԺԴՀ-ն փորձարկեց մի քանի հականավային թեւավոր հրթիռներ: Նախորդ փորձարկումը կայացել Էր մայիսի 29-ին, երբ արձակվեԷ բալիստիկ հրթիռ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
