Շարունակվում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի շուրջ քննարկումները: Այդ մասին Էստոնիայի արտգործնախարար Սվեն Միքսերի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովը, գրում է ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը:
Մամեդյարովը նշել է, որ հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ փաստաթուղթը նույնն է մնում:
«Դրա վրա աշխատանք է տարվել Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահների մակարդակով Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած համատեղ հանդիպման ընթացքում: Եվ այդ փաստաթուղթն այժմ հիմնականն է մնում բանակցությունների սեղանին»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ իր ռուս և հայ գործընկերների հետ Մոսկվայում ապրիլի 29-ին կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում նա քննարկել է բանակցային գործընթացում առաջընթաց գրանցելու վերաբերյալ հարցերը:
«Այդ փաստաթղթի հիման վրա մենք քննարկել ենք հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացում առաջընթացի ճանապարհները: Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ բանակցությունները լինեն առարկայական: Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշումը հայտնի է: Եկել է ժամանակը փոխելու ստատուս քվոն: Նախագահները և համանախագահները նույնպես նշում են, որ ստատուս քվոն անընդունելի է»,- նշել է ադրբեջանցի նախարարը:
