Մերձավոր Արևելքում իրադրությունը գնալով ավելի սրվում ու վտանգավոր է դառնում: Ականատես ենք լինում աշխարհաքաղաքական առումով մի բարդ գործընթացի` Քրդական պետության առաջացման: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
«Ինչպես գիտեք, հայտարարվել է, որ սեպտեմբերին պետք է Իրաքի հյուսիսում` Քրդստանի տարածքում, տեղի ունենա հանրաքվե: Իհարկե, դա կարող է նաև տեղի չունենալ, սակայն այստեղ կարևորն այն է, որ Քրդական պետության ստեղծման գործընթացը գնում է: Մոտ ապագայում Մերձավոր Արևելքում կստեղծվի նոր պետություն, իսկ այս գործընթացն առանց բախումների չի կարող լինել»,-ասաց թուրքագետը: Նրա խոսքով, սա մի իրադրություն է, որի վրա սևեռված է աշխարհի բոլոր ուժային կենտրոնների ուշադրությունը:
Եթե նույնիսկ հաշվի առնվի Սաուդյան Արաբիայի և Իրանի միջև սրացումը, Մերձավոր Արևելքում մի շարք պետությունների քայքայվածությունը, քաղաքացիական պատերազմը, միևնույն է, նույնիսկ այս վիճակում, ըստ թուրքագետի, կարևորը Քրդական պետության ստեղծումն է:
«Մերձավոր Արևելքում խաչվում են աշխարհի ուժային կենտրոնների շահերը, այս պայմաններում նոր պետության ի հայ գալը բերում է շատ խնդիրներ, կապված՝ հենց այդ շահերի բախման հետ: Ի վերջո, Քրդական պետությունը չի լինելու փոքր, այն լինելու է հարուստ պետություն՝ ունենալով բնական պաշարներ, այդ թվում էներգակիրներ: Այս պետության առաջացումն իր հետ բերելու է Թուրքիայի համապատասխան գործողությունների: Անկարան կանգնելու է երկընտրանքի առջև. թույլ տալ, որ այդ գործընթացը շարունակվի՞, թե փորձել խոչընդոտել: Թուրքիայի որոշումից կախված կլինի այդ երկրի ապագան»,-ասաց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
Թուրքագետը նկատեց, որ Իրաքի հյուսիսային հատվածում Քրդական պետության ստեղծումը կարող են կլանել նաև Թուրքիայի քրդերին: Քրդական պետության ստեղծման համատեքստում Հայաստանի համար կարող են լինել և վտանգներ, և հնարավորություններ` կապված տարածքների վերաձևումների հետ:
«Քրդական պետության առաջացում՝ նշանակում է, փոխվում են սահմանները, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ նոր ստեղծվող իրավիճակում քննարկումների հիմք պետք է լինի Սևրի պայմանագիրը: Մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք, որովհետև այս գործընթացները նաև մեր պատմական տարածքներին են վերաբերում: Պետք է այնպես անենք, որ Սևրի պայմանագիրը դառնա ներկայիս քաղաքականության օրակարգային հարց»,-ասաց Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը:
