Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հոկտեմբերի12-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Հայ օգնության միության (ՀՕՄ) 71-րդ համահայկական պատգամավորական ժողովի անդամների հետ` ատենապետուհի Կարոլին Շամավոնյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, երկրի ղեկավարը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՕՄ-ի դերակատարություն ը համահայկական տարբեր ծրագրերի իրականացման եւ Արցախին ցուցաբերվող մշտական աջակցության գործում:
Բակո Սահակյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Հայ օգնության միության կենտրոնական վարչության նախկին ատենապետուհի Վիգի Մարաշլյանին եւ Արցախի Հանրապետությանը մատուցած ծառայությունների համար պարգեւատրել նրան «Վաչագան Բարեպաշտ» մեդալով:
