1 տարի առաջ լեյտենանտի կողմից վիրավորված զինծառայողն առաջիկայում պլաստիկ վիրահատության կենթարկվի

Արցախում անցած տարվա հունիսի 24-ին դասակի հրամանատար, լեյտենանտ Ավագ Նահապետյանի կողմից հրազենային վնասվածք ստացած ժամկետային զինծառայող Ալբերտ Դալլաքյանն առաջիկայում 4-րդ վիրահատությանը կենթարկվի: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին ասաց Ալբերտի մայրը՝ տիկին Արմինեն:
Ալբերտը գլխի պլաստիկ վիրահատության է ենթարկվելու: Այս պահին դեռեւս հայտնի չէ վիրահատության օրը: Նշենք, որ վիրավոր զինծառայողն այժմ գտնվում է «Հերացի» թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցային համալիրում եւ պատրաստվում է վիրահատության:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալբերտ Դալլաքյանին վիրավորելու համար Քրեական օրենսգրքի 373-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել դասակի հրամանատար, լեյտենանտ Ավագ Նահապետյանին: Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Ալբերտ Դալլաքյանը գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել 2016թ. հունիսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 16:10-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի պահպանության տակ գտնվող մարտական դիրքի գետնատնակում՝ դասակի հրամանատարի կողմից զենքի հետ վարվելու կանոնները խախտելու հետևանքով:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ դասակի հրամանատար, լեյտենանտ Ա.Նահապետյանը ինքնաձիգը լիցքավորելուց հետո պատահաբար սեղմել է ձգանը, ինչի արդյունքում արձակված գնդակը դիպել է գետնատնակում գտնվող Ա.Դալլաքյանի գլխին՝ անզգուշությամբ պատճառելով գլխի հրազենային գնդակային միջանցիկ վիրավորում՝ կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող:

Նշենք, որ Ալբերտի ծնողները սկզբում չեն իմացել, թե ինչ պայմաններում է նա վիրավորում ստացել, ավելի ուշ են պարզել միայն՝ լեյտենանտ Ավագ Նահապետյանն է կրակել: Դալլաքյաններն իմացել են, թե անզգույշ կրակոց է եղել, վերջերս էլ զորամասից տեղեկացել են, թե Նահապետյանը «խաղացել է» ուրիշի զենքով եւ այդ ժամանակ կրակել:
