Ջերմուկում լայնամասշտաբ բարեկարգման ծրագրեր կիրականացվեն

 ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Ջերմուկ քաղաք՝ քաղաքապետ Վարդան Հովհաննիսյանի հետ շրջել առողջարանային քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում, ապա՝ խորհրդակցություն անցկացրել քաղաքի պատասխանատուների հետ՝  քննարկելով առաջիկայում Ջերմուկում իրականացվելիք լայնամասշտաբ բարեկարգման ծրագրերը, որոնց զգալի մասը դեռևս անցյալ տարեվերջին ՀՀ նախագահի Վայոց ձորի մարզ կատարած այցի ընթացքում Հայաստանում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման ուղղությամբ իրականացված և իրականացվելիք գործողությունների համատեքստում են:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից, խորհրդակցության ընթացքում դիտարկվել և ընդունվել են նախագծային աշխատանքների մշակման համար մի շարք կարևոր որոշումներ, այդ թվում՝ մայթերի և փողոցների բարեկարգման, շենքերի ճակատների և կտուրների վերակառուցման, ինչպես նաև՝ կառուցապատման ճարտարապետական լուծումների և չափորոշիչների վերաբերյալ:

Քննարկման ժամանակ կարևորելով Ջերմուկը բարեկարգ և գրավիչ զբոսավայր դարձնելու հարցը՝ Ն. Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է Ջերմուկի լճի հարակից հատվածների, հետիոտն ճեմուղիների կառուցման նախագծային խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաև՝ քաղաքում ժամանցի համար նախատեսված բացօթյա ամֆիթատրոնի տեղադրության և քաղաքային զբոսայգու բարեկարգման ու կանաչապատման թեմաներին:

ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի կողմից կառավարության ղեկավարին ներկայացված ներդրումային ծրագրերի շրջանակում խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քննարկվել է նաև Ջերմուկում բնական տաք ջրերի փակ և բացօթյա լողավազանային համալիրով խոշոր ՍՊԱ կենտրոնի կառուցման հարցը:
