Գյուղնախարարը շրջեց և գնումներ կատարեց Կասյան փողոցի վերաբացված գյուղմթերքի տոնավաճառում

 Մայրաքաղաքի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում՝ Կասյան փողոցին հարակից տարածքում, վերաբացվեց գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների տոնավաճառը:  «Արմենպրես»-ի  հաղորդմամբ՝ բացմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը, Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ Դավիթ Օհանյանը, քաղաքային իշխանությունների այլ ներկայացուցիչներ: Գյուղնախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը կարևորեց տոնավաճառի վերաբացումը: Նրա խոսքով` տոնավաճառի բացման գաղափարը առաջացել է 2011 թվականին ՀՀ նախագահի կողմից, որպեսզի գյուղացին կարողանա քաղաքում վաճառել սեփական գյուղմթերքը:

«Նախատեսում ենք նմանատիպ տոնավաճառ բացել նաև Մաշտոցի պողոտայի վրա, եթե պահանջարկ լինի: Հարցեր կան պահանջարկը հասկանալու առումով: Այն, որ կա արդեն հարթակ , որտեղ գյուղացիները կարող են իրենց ապրանքը վաճառել, արդեն լավ է»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը` վստահեցնելով, որ սահմանված է վերահսկողություն, որպեսզի վերավաճառողներ չլինեն տոնավաճառներում: Նրա խոսքով` գյուղացիական աջակցության մարզային կենտրոններն են ցուցակագրում տոնավաճառին մասնակցող գյուղացիներին, իսկ տոնավաճառներում էլ գյուղնախարարության ներկայացուցիչները հսկողություն են իրականացնում: Նախարարի կարծիքով` բացառվում է, որ տոնավաճառում վերավաճառողներ լինեն:

Անդրադառնալով տոնավաճառում գյուղմթերքի գներին, Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ շուկան է ձևավորում գին: «Եթե ապրանքը չի վաճառվում` գինը կէժանանա, եթե վաճառվում է, ուրեմն նորմալ շուկայական գին է: Տոնավաճառներն ավելի շատ գյուղացիների համար են արված, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան քաղաքում իրենց ապրանքներն իրացնել: Ի վերջո, գյուղացու հետ կարելի է ավելի հեշտ գին բանակցել, որը ոչ մեկ չի արգելում»,- ասաց նա: 

Այն հարցին, թե շրջայցի ընթացքում գյուղացիները նախարարին ինչ գին ներկայացրին` Առաքելյանը պատասխանեց. «Ինձ փաստորեն էժան գին ասացին: Ամեն մարդ իր գրպանի չափով է գոհ գներից, իմ կարծիքով՝ շուկայի դրական կողմն այն է, որ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ կարողանում է իր գրպանին համապատասխան ապրանք գտնել»: Այն հարցին, թե իր գրպանի չափով հարմար է իրեն, նախարարը դրական պատասխան տվեց:

Նախարարը նաև նշեց, որ փոքր տարիքում միշտ ինքն է շուկաներից գնումներ իրականացրել, իսկ հիմա պարզապես ժամանակ չունի:

«Այսօր գնումներ եմ կատարելու: Ինձ ցուցակ են տվել, պետք է ամեն ինչ գնեմ»,- նշեց Առաքելյանը:

Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ Դավիթ Օհանյանի խոսքով` տոնավաճառների բացումն ավանդույթ է դարձել: «Դեռ 2011 թվականին, երբ բացօթյա առևտուրը սկսեցինք համապատասխանեցնել առևտրի ծառայությունների մասին օրենքին, շատերի մոտ մտահոգություն կար, որ գյուղմթերք վաճառողները կտուժեն այդ գործընթացից, բայց անմիջապես եղավ քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականը Երևան քաղաքի գրեթե բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում բացել գյուղմթերքի վաճառքի փոքր շուկաներ և միանգամից գյուղնախարարության հետ համատեղ կարողացանք Երևանում գյուղմթերքների շուկաներ բացել, որտեղ գյուղացիներն անձամբ են իրենց գյուղմթերքը բերում և վաճառում: Կարծում եմ, սա մատչելի է մեր գյուղմթերք արտադրողների և երևանցիների համար, քանի որ վերջիններս թարմ մթերք են գնում` կարողանալով սակարկել գները: Մենք մասնավորների հետ համագործակցելով Երևանի տարբեր վարչական շրջաններում ունենք նման շուկաներ, որտեղ նույնպես հարմարավետ պայմաններ են տրվում գյուղացիներին»,- ասաց Օհանյանը` հավելելով, որ ձևավորվեց ևս մեկ մշակույթ, որ փողոցից գյուղմթերքների վաճառքը տեղափոխվեցին հարմարավետ վայրեր:
