Ծխելու հետևանքով տարեկան 1000 տղամարդու մոտ թոքի քաղցկեղ է հայտնաբերվում

Հայաստանում 16 և բարձր տարեկան տղամարդկանց 50 տոկոսը ծխախոտ է օգտագործում, կանանց ՝ 3-4 տոկոսը:
Այս մասին Ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի ազգային օրը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնեց ՀՀ առողջապահությաննախարարության Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի տնօրենԱլեքսանդր Բազարչյանը: «Ծխախոտը կարևորագույն ռիսկի գործոն է ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համար, որի հետևանքով հանրապետությունում սրտանոթային, շնչառական համակարգի ու քաղցկեղային հիվանդություններ ի, իսկ թոքի քաղցկեղի 80-85 տոկոսը պայմանավորված է ծխախոտի երկարատև՝ 15 տարի և ավելի, օգտագործմամբ: Հայաստանում տարեկան թոքի քաղցկեղի 1000 դեպքից ավելի է արձանագրվում տղամարդկանց մոտ, իսկ կանանց մոտ այդ թիվը հասնում է 150-180-ի, ինչը պայմանավորված է ծխախոտ օգտագործելով»,- նշեց նա :
Վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն՝ վերջին տասը տարվա ընթացքում տղամարդկանց շրջանում գրանցվել է ծխախոտի օգտագործման նվազման միտում: Եթե 1999թ. ծխախոտ օգտագործում էր տղամարդկանց 64 տոկոսը, ապա այսօր` 50 տոկոսը: Կանանց մոտ առկա է ծխելու տարածվածության ցուցանիշների զգալի տարբերություն Երևանի և գյուղական համայնքներում բնակվող կանաց շրջանում. Երևանի կանանց տարիքային որոշ խմբերի մինչև 7-8 տոկոսը ծխող է:
Բազարչյանի փոխանցմամբ` վիճակագրությունը համեմատաբր հուսադրող է դեռահասների շրջանում: Հայաստանում հիմնականում ռիսկային են 15 տարեկանները: Դեռահաս տղաների 6 տոկոսն է ծխախոտ օգտագործում, իսկ աղջիկների՝ մոտ 1 տոկոսը։ «Մեր երեխաները բավականին երկար են մնում ծնողի հսկողության տակ: Ծխախոտ սկսում են օգտագործել 18-ից հետո` ինստիտուտ ընդունվելիս կամ բանակ ծառայության գնալիս, երբ դուրս են գալիս ծնողի վերահսկողությունից»,- բացատրեց Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի տնօրենը:
ԱՆ աշխատակցի հավաստմամբ` Հայաստանում իրականացվում են համապետական ազգային հետազոտություններ, որոնց նպատակն է պարզել ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածությունը: Այս տարվա վիճակագրության արդյունքները կհայտարարվեն 2016 թվականի սկզբին:
ՀՀ կառավարության 2008 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 18-ի որոշմամբ հոկտեմբերի 12-ը Հայաստանում նշվում է որպես ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի ազգային օր: ՀՀ 2004թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին միացել է Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության «Ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի մասին» շրջանակային կոնվենցիային, որընպատակ ունի ներկա և ապագա սերունդներին պաշտպանել մարդկանց առողջության համար ծխախոտի օգտագÕ �րծման և ծխախոտի ծխի ազդեցության քայքայիչհետևանքներից:
