Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց խնդիրների լուծման համար պետք է փոխել հասարակությունը. ՀՀ-ում Արգենտինայի դեսպան

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերին և ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին օր առաջ պետք է լուծում տալ։ 
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը։ 
Նա, խոսելով այդ ոլորտի մասին, շեշտը դրեց միջազգային փորձի փոխանակման վրա։ 
«Շատ եմ կարևորում միջազգային փորձի փոխանակումը, հատկապես այն երկրների հետ, որոնք ներառական քաղաքականության ուղղությամբ իրականացնում են քայլեր, միջոցառումներ, նաև համապատասխան կառուցակարգեր ունեն ներդրած։ Պետք է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար ստեղծել հավասար պայմաններ ու հնարավորություններ և իրական քայլեր անել այդ ուղղությամբ։ ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի, Արգենտինայի դեսպանատան և մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունը մեծապես կարևորում եմ, քանի որ վերջին տարիների փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ արդյունքների հնարավոր է հասնել միայն համատեղ աշխատանքի միջոցով։ Բոլորիս աշխատանքի նպատակն էլ նույնն է, բոլորս էլ հասկանում ենք, որ պահանջները այդ ոլորտում այժմ ավելի մեծ են և պետք է օր առաջ խնդիրներին լուծում տալ»,- ընդգծեց Արտեմ Ասատրյանը։ 
Հայաստանում Արգենտինայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Գոնզալո Ուրրիոլաբեիտիան էլ նշեց, որ պետք է ոչ թե օգնել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց, այլ անել ամեն ինչ,  որպեսզի փոխվի հասարակությունը։ 
«Մենք այժմ ապրում ենք նոր ժամանակաշրջանում, օրինակ` Էկվադորի նախագահը, Արգենտինայում մեր նախարարներից մեկը նույնպես հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք են։ Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ այժմ մենք ապրում ենք բացարձակ այլ ժամանակաշրջանում։ Բոլորս պետք է փոխվենք, պետք է փոխենք հասարակությունը, որպեսզի ճիշտ ընկալենք մեր տարբերությունը և բոլորիս համար կյանքը ավելի լավը դարձնենք»,- շեշտեց դեսպանը։ 
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն ասաց, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց ոլորտում կան խնդիրներ, որոնք հրատապ լուծում են պահանջում։ Նա նաև շատ կարևորեց հասարակական կազմակերպությունների դերը այդ ոլորտում։ 
«Ես արդեն բազմիցս համոզվել եմ, որ առանց հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավման հնարավոր չէ որևէ լուրջ արդյունքի հասնել։ Հատկապես այս ոլորտի ՀԿ-ներն են, որ հնարավորություն են տալիս ճիշտ հասկանալ ոլորտի խնդիրները և միջոցներ ձեռնարկել դրանց ուղղությամբ։ Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց ոլորտն այնպիսին է, որը պահանջում է քրտնաջան և սրտացավ աշխատանք բոլոր գործընկերների կողմից։ Յուրաքանչյուրս պարտավոր ենք մեր կարողությունների սահմանում ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձը որևէ կերպ չբախվի խտրականության և, իհարկե, լիարժեք մասնակցություն ունենա հանրային կյանքին»,- ասաց Թաթոյանը։ 
Նրա խոսքով՝ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների դերը շատ մեծ է և ընդգծեց հատկապես ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի և Արգենտինայի դեսպաններին, քանի որ նրանց հետ նույնպես համագործակցում են այդ ոլորտում։ 
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը նաև շատ կարևորեց երկրի մի շարք գերատեսչությունների դերը հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց խնդիրների լուծման հարցում՝ խորհրդարանի, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունների։
