Հոլիվուդյան դերասան Ուիլ Սմիթի դուստրը՝ 16-ամյա Ուիլոուն, նկարահանվել Է Chanel ֆրանսիական նորաձեւության տան գովազդում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հաղորդվում Է բրենդի հունիսի 7-ի մամուլի տեղեկագրում:
Ըստ սյուժեի, աղջիկն զբոսնում Է Տոկիոյի փողոցներով՝ ձեռքին Gabrielle ֆիրմային պայուսակը:
Chanel նորաձեւության տունը Գաբրիել (Կոկո) Շանելի կողմից հիմնադրվել Է Ֆրանսիայում 1909 թվականին: Առաջին խանութը նա բացել Է 1910 թվականին Փարիզում: Շանելը կանանց նորաձեւության մեջ ներմուծել Է իրանն ընդգրկող ժակետ, փոքրիկ սեւ զգեստ, ուսի վրա կրելու կանանց պայուսակ: Սկզբում նորաձեւության տունն արտադրում Էր միայն հագուստ եւ աքսեսուարներ, այնուհետեւ սկսել Է թողարկել պարֆյումերիա, զարդեր եւ ժամացույցներ
1921 թվականին Շանելը պարֆյումեր Էռնեստ Բոյի հետ միային թողարկել Է մակնիշի առաջին բույրը՝ Chanel 5-ը: 1924 թվականին ձեռնարկատեր Պիեռ Վերտեյմերի հետ համատեղ դիզայները հիմնել Է ընկերության պարֆյումերային ստորաբաժանումը՝ Parfums Chanel-ը, որը ներկայում զբաղվում Է նաեւ կոսմետիկայի արտադրությամբ:
Parfums Chanel-ի գովազդային արշավներին մասնակցել են կինոաստղեր Մերիլին Մոնրոն, Քեթրին Դենյովը, Կիրա Նայթլին, Նիկոլ Քիդմանը, Կարոլ Բուքեն, Օդրի Տոտուն:
