«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է ճառագայթային բժշկության և այրվածքների գիտական կենտրոնը, որն ունի ռազմավարական նշանակություն, քանի որ մեր երկրում կա ատոմակայան, կա Ղարաբաղի կռիվ, դնել, աճուրդով վաճառել: Ես դա ընդհանրապես չեմ պատկերացնում»: Մեր զրույցում այսպես արձագանքեց նշված կենտրոնի տնօրեն, առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Նորայր Դավիդյանը կառավարության` պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2017-2020թթ. ծրագրին, որտեղ սեփականաշնորհման ենթակա են համարվում նաև առողջապահական մի շարք հաստատություններ, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ճառագայթային բժշկության և այրվածքների գիտական կենտրոնը:

«Հասկացա, պրոֆիլը չեն փոխում, բայց ինչո՞ւ են վաճառում, կարո՞ղ եք ինձ բացատրել: Անկապ մի մարդ դառնա գիտական կենտրոնի սեփականատե՞ր: Նախարարը այս տասը ամսվա ընթացքում (ինչ պաշտոնավարում է-խմբ.) այստեղ ոտք դրե՞լ է, մենք ուղիղ ենթարկվում ենք իրեն: Որևէ փոխնախարար, վարչության պետ մի անգամ եկե՞լ է, նայե՞լ է, թե ինչ վերանորոգում ենք արել, ինչ սարքավորումներ ունենք: Մեզ մոտ կան սարքավորումներ, որոնք այսօրվա դրությամբ լավագույնն են: Մեր կենտրոնը համապատասխանում է եվրոպական բոլոր չափանիշներին»,- շարունակեց Նորայր Դավիդյանը:

Կենտրոնը մասնավորեցման ներկայացնելու հարցը չի քննարկվել ո´չ բուժանձնակազմի հետ, ո´չ էլ անգամ հաստատության տնօրենի: Այժմ նրանք փաստի առաջ են կանգնել: Արհամարհական այդ վերաբերմունքը զայրացնում է տնօրեն Դավիդյանին:

«Սա գիտական կենտրոն է, հինգ պրոֆեսոր է աշխատում, գիտությունների ութ թեկնածու, բարձրագույն կարգի բժիշկներ: Բոլորը դեմ են սարսափելի: Լա´վ, մի անգամ կարելի՞ էր գալ, մի հատ կարելի՞ էր բացատրել` ինչ եք անում»,- վրդովմունք հայտնեց նա` նկատելով, որ այրվածքաբանության կենտրոնը այլ պետությունների պատվերով ու ֆինանսավորմամբ գիտական աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում, որը մասնավորեցման դեպքում հազիվ թե հնարավոր լինի:

Նաև, ըստ նրա, այս կենտրոնը Հայաստանում միակն է, որն ընդգրկված է առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության ցանկում` իր ապահոված բարձր մակարդակի պատճառով: Երկրում ևս այրվածքաբանության կենտրոնը, որպես այդպիսին, եզակի է:

Նորայր Դավիդյանի համար պարզ է, որ բուժհաստատությունը գնել ցանկացողը դա պետք է անի շահույթ ստանալու նպատակով: Բայց նաև չի պատկերացնում, թե ինչ ճանապարհով դա պետք է տեղի ունենա, երբ շարունակվելու է պետպատվեր տրամադրվել, իսկ զուգահեռաբար այլ պրոֆիլի բուժծառայություններ տրամադրելն այստեղ թույլատրելի չէ:

«Սա ոչ համալիր է, ոչ էլ կառավարության շենք, որը կարելի է ուղղակի դնել ու վաճառել: Ախր, ոնց են առանց ուսումնասիրելու այդպիսի բան անում: Հիմա կարելի է այստեղ նաև խորովածանոց սարքել, երևի մի քիչ ավելի լավ կլինի»,- արձանագրեց Դավիդյանը»:
