Այս տարվա մայիսի 27-ին լարված իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Աստղաձոր գյուղում. բնակիչները ընդվզում էին, պատճառաբանելով, որ շինարարական կազմակեպությունը, գյուղի մի քանի փողոցներում վտանգավոր բարձունքներ է ավելացնում՝ փակելով մարդկանց դարպասների մուտքերի առջև։ Գյուղացիների խնդիրը լուսաբանելուց հետո, երբ ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը արդեն հեռացել էր Աստղաձորից, պարզվում է, որ կրքերը բորբոքվել են: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրողը, գյուղապետ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանին դուր չի եկել բնակիչների բողոքի ակցիան: Վերջինս սպառնացել է, ասելով. <<Էսա կտենամ ում շենքերն ա ապօրինի, տրակտորը կդնեմ կքանդեմ>>: Խոսքը խոսքին էր հասել, և 58-ամյա Սուրեն Պետրոսյանի խոսքին ի պատասխան գյուղապետը ասել էր, որ ինքն այնքան է մտածում այդ թաղի մասին, որ իրենք իրենց ընտանիքի մասին այդքան չեն մտածում: Այստեղից էլ սկսվել էր քաշքշուքը. գյուղապետը իր տեղակալի հետ հարվածել էր Ս. Պետրոսյանին, մինչև իսկ գետնին գցել ու շարունակվել հարվածները: Ֆոտոլրագրող Գ. Շամշյանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում Ս. Պետրոսյանը ասաց, որ գյուղապետի պատճառով իրենց գյուղում վախի մթնոլորոտ է տիրում, ինչի պատճառով էլ նրան Բայաջի են անվանում: Այնուհետեև ոստիկանություն են հրավիրում Ս. Պետրոսյանին, որտեղ էլ, ինչպես ինքն է որպես համեմատություն մեջբերում, <<Սելը չի ճռռում, սելվորն է ճռռում>> ժողովրդական ասացվածքն է արդիական դառնում: Ոստիկանությունում նրան ասում են, որ ինքն է գյուղապետին հարվածել , սակայն նա հակադարձում է, որ եթե ինքն է հարվածել,ապա ինչպես է իր դեմքը նման վիճակում, այլ ոչ գյուղապետինը: Այսպես նրան ուղարկում են դատաբժշկի մոտ, բայց քանի որ վերջինս տեղում չի լինում, մի քանի օր հետո է կատարվում փորձաքննությունը:Փորձաքննության արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ նա ստացել է միայն սալջարդ: Ս. Պետրոսյանը դիմում է նաև Երևանի Թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց, որտեղ արդեն պարզվում է, որ երկու կողերի կոտրվածք էլ ունի: Անդրադառնալով գյուղապետի վարքագծին՝ նա նշեց, որ նա այնպիսին է, որ իր առաջ խոսողին պետք է հարվածի, ինչն էլ վախի մթնոլորտ է ստեղծել ողջ գյուղում: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ Աստղաձոր գյուղից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, մայիսի 27-ին, վաղ առավոտվանից լարված ու պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Նշված գյուղի փողոցները կառավարության շնորհիվ կապիտալ ասֆալտապատվում էին և տեղադրվում որակյալ ջրահեռացման բետոնե խողովակներ, սակայն բնակիչները ընդվզում էին՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ շինարարական կազմակեպությունը, որը կատարում է այդ աշխատանքները, գյուղի մի քանի փողոցներում վտանգավոր բարձունքներ է ավելացնում՝ փակելով մարդկանց դարպասների մուտքերի առջև։ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Աստղաձոր գյուղի գյուղապետ, գյուղացիների կողմից մականուն ստացած «Բայաջին» է, նույն ինքը՝ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը:
