Գյուղատնտեսական պարկի թարմացման նպատակով նախարարությունն իրականացնում է  գյուղտեխնիկայի կայանի և լիզինգի աջակցությամբ գյուղտեխնիկայի սուբսիդավորմամբ տրվող երկու խոշոր ծրագրերը:

Այս մասին հունիսի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀգյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալՌոբերտ Մակարյանը: 

Նրա խոսքով` գյուղտեխնիկայի կայանի ծրագիրը ցածր վճարունակություն ունեցող գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին կօգնի օգտվել տեխնիկայի և կայանի հնարավորություններից և ավելի մատչելի պայմաններով ստանալ ծառայություն: Փոխնախարարի տեղեկացմամբ` մրցույթն արդեն իրականացվել է, կա գործընկեր կազմակերպություն: «Առաջիկա երկու ամսում կներկրվի տեխնիկան, և կայանը կսկսի գործել հանրապետության հինգ մարզում»,- ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով գյուղտեխնիկայի լիզինգով տրամադրման սուբսիդավորման ծրագրին՝ Մակարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ֆերմերային տնտեսություններին, կոոպերատիվներին, համայնքներին 9 տոկոսով տրամադրվող լիզինգից 7 տոկոսը սուբսիդավորվում է պետության կողմից: Այսինքն՝ վերջնական արժեքով այն դառնում է երկու տոկոս: Փոխնախարարն այդ ծրագիրն աննախադեպ որակեց և հավելեց, որ աշխարհի շատ երկրներում նման պայմաններ չկան:

«Ներկայումս ունենք երեք գործընկեր կազմակերպություններ` ՓՄՁ ՈՒՎԿ-ն, ԱԿԲԱ ԼԻԶԻՆԳ ընկերությունը և CARD ագրոսերվիս ՓԲԸ-ն: ՓՄՁ ՈՒՎԿ-ն ներկայումս շուրջ  110 մլն դրամի տեխնիկա է վաճառել: Շուրջ 149 մլն դրամի հայտեր կան, որոնք հաստատված են և գտնվում են ուսումնասիրության փուլում: Կա երկու խոշոր ծրագիր` մեկը 150 մլն, մյուսը` 200 մլն դրամ արժողությամբ: ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի մարզային մասնաճյուղերում գտնվում են 35 լիզինգային հայտեր՝ շուրջ 750 մլն դրամ արժողությամբ: CARD ագրոսերվիս ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից վաճառվել է երեք միավոր տեխնիկա, իսկ  «ԱԿԲԱ ԼԻԶԻՆԳ»-ը վաճառել է երկու տրակտոր, ստացել է 17 հայտ, որոնցից երկուսը հաստատման փուլում են: Այս առումով կարելի է ծրագիրը հաջողված համարել և այն շարունակվելու է առաջիկա մի քանի տարում, որպեսզի կարողանանք առավելագույն ձևով թարմացնել տեխնիկայի պարկը»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:
