ԱԺ-ն 20 րոպեով ընդմիջել է աշխատանքը

Ազգային ժողովը 20 րոպեով ընդմիջել է աշխատանքը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նիստի օրակարգը հաստատելու հարցը քննարկելու ընթացքում նման առաջարկով հանդես եկավ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը:
Նիստի մեկնարկին ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը հայտնեց, որ կառավարությունը Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի մասին և հարակից նախագծերի փաթեթի քննարկման համար առաջարկել է հատկացնել 4 ժամ, Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2017-2020 թվականների ծրագրի մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման համար՝ 2 ժամ, իսկ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին և «Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող մարմնի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծերի համար՝ 90 րոպե:
Հարցերի քննարկման ժամանակի սահմանափակման մասին առաջարկն առաջացրեց պատգամավորների դժգոհությունը: ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն ընդգծեց, որ օրակարգում ընդգրկված են շատ կարևոր հարցեր և դրանց քննարկման համար առաջարկվող ժամանակը շատ քիչ է: «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Միքայել Մելքումյանը նույնպես ընդգծեց, որ օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերը հանրության համար հետաքրքիր ու կարևոր հարցեր են, ուստի դրանք պետք է մանրամասն քննարկվեն, իսկ քննարկումները պետք է հասանելի ու մատչելի լինեն հանրության լայն զանգվածների համար:
Օրակարգի հարցերի քննարկման ժամանակի սահմանափակման վերաբերյալ իրենց դժգոհությունն արտահայտեցին նաև «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Արտակ Զեյնալյանը և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նիստի օրակարգը հաստատելու մասին հարցը քվեարկության դնելուց առաջ առաջարկեց 20 րոպե ընդմիջում հայտարարել, որպեսզի կառավարության հետ վերջնականապես հստակեցնեն հարցը և նոր միայն քվեարկության դնեն նիստի օրակարգը հաստատելու մասին հարցը:
