«Նովոյե Վրեմիա» կայքին տված իր վերջին հարցազրույցում Ռուաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը չի թաքցրել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի ընդդիմախոսների ու առհասարակ ամերկյան հասարակության ընկալումներ վերաբերյալ։ Պուտինը,ով սովորաբար աչքի է ընկնում զուսպ արտահայտչամիջոցներով,այս անգամ հրապարակային Ռուսաստանի մասին ասեկսեներ տարածող լրատվական միջոցներին ու այդպես մտածողներին անվանել է «ուղեղից հիվանդ»։ Սա իհարկե դեռ չի նշանակում,որ ռուս-ամերկյան հարաբերությունները կարգելվեն,սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ ընդգծում է ,որ սառը պատերազմից հետո թերևս այդ հարաբերությունները ամենածանր շրջանն են ապրում։ Խոսքւը մանսավորապես գնում է ընտրություննեչրի վրա Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության դերի մասին,որին Ամերիկայում իսկապես լուրջ ուշադրություն են դարձնում,համարելով Պուտնին աշխարհի չարիք։ Հանրապետական սենատոր նախագահի նախկին թեկնածու Ջոն Մաքքեյն առհասարակ Պուտնինին անվանել է աշխարհի համար առաջին չարիք,որի դեմ պայքարում առաջադեմ մարդկությունը պետք է միավորվի։ Ռուսները իրենք են անակնկալի եկել այսպիսի դիրքորոշումներից,ու թեպետ դեռ Պուտինն ու Թրամփը չեն հանդիպել,սակայն Ռուսասստանի նախագահի վերաբերյալ առասպելն ու պատմություններ դեռ չեն դադարում։ Սակայն սա իհարկե չի նշանակում,որ Ռուսաստանը հասել է իր նպատակին ու փաստ է,որ հարաբերություններ կարգավորելու հարցում Պուտինն ինքն է փորձում քայլեր անել,որովհետև դա նախևառաջ հենց իրեն է պետք։ Տնտեսական սանկցիաների շարունակման զուգընթաց Ռուսաստանում շարունակում է սրընթաց վայրէջք կատարել տնտեսությունն ու դա շատ լավ է հասկանում հենց Պուտինը,որը հենց թեկուզ իր վերջին հարցազրույցում գովեստի խոսքեր է ասում Ռուսաստանում ամերիկացի ինվեստորների հասեցին,նրանց համարելով ռուս ժողովրդի ընկերներ։ Ամենայն հավանակնությամբ,ամեն ինչ պարզ կդառնա,երբ Պուտինն ու Թրամփը վերջապես հանդիպեն ու հստակություն մտցնեն երկու երկրների հարաբարությունների մեջ։ Թերևս քանի դեռ դա տեղի չի ունեցել, խոսակցությունները Պուտինի ու Թրամփի լարված հարաբերությունների մասին ,շարունակելու են լինել ակտուալ համացանցում:
