Պատրաստումը՝

1. Կարմիր ոսպը լվացեք սառը ջրով:

2. Թողեք քամվի, ավելացրեք կոկոսի յուղը, տապակեք սոխը, մինչև այն դառնա փափուկ ոսկեգույն:

3. Ավելացրեք քրքումն ու խնձորը, խառնուրդը եփեք 2 րոպե:

4. Հաճախ խառնեք, հետո ավելացրեք ջուրն ու ոսպը:

5. Խառնուրդը եռացրեք, ծածկեք և եփեք 15 րոպե:

6. Ավելացրեք կոկոսի կաթը և համեմունքներ, եփեք, մինչև ոսպը փափկի:

7. Ավելացրեք 1 բաժակ ջուր, եթե նախընտրում եք ոչ շատ խիտ ապուր, թողեք եռա ևս 2 ժամ:

8. Պետք է ապուրը տաք ուտեք, այն կարող եք զարդարել դդմի սերմերով և կոկոսի փաթիլներով:
