Նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը փորձում է «ծնկի՞ բերել» որոշ լրատվամիջոցների

Երեկ կայացել է մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների դեմ նախկին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի հայցով առաջին դատական նիստը: Տիգրան Սարգսյանը դատի է տվել հայաստանյան մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների` «Իրավունք» թերթ, «Ա1+», tert.am, «168 օրաթերթ», «Անդրադարձ» մամուլի ակումբին` իր պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը արատավորելու համար:
 
«Իրավունքի» և «Ա1+»–ի փաստաբան Լևոն Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարեց, թե այս հայցով ազատ խոսքը սահմանափակելու միտում է տեսնում: «Տարին մեկ անգամ ինչ–որ մի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա փորձում է ծնկի բերել որևէ լրատվամիջոցի: Մինչդեռ լրատվամիջոցը սառը ցնցուղի դեր է կատարում, և դա պետք է կատարի բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ գործառույթներ իրականացնող անձանց համար: Ավելին՝ կարող է ինչպես սադրել, այնպես էլ ցնցել տվյալ անձնավորությանը՝ հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով վերջինիս գործունեությանը»,– ասաց փաստաբանը:
 
Տիգրան Սարգսյանին զայրացրել է այն հանգամանքը, որ ասուլիս տվող Եվրոպայի հայկական միությունների ֆորումի նախագահ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանն իր խոսքում անդրադարձել է Սարգսյանի՝ մեծ աղմուկ հանած օֆշորային սկանդալին, իսկ լրատվամիջոցներն այն լուսաբանել են:
 
«Երբ դատակոչվում է ոչ միայն տվյալ անձը՝ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանը, այլև ամբողջ լրատվական համակարգը, ես այստեղ, իրոք, խնդիր եմ տեսնում, որ վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծեն ԶԼՄ–ների մոտ, որ ձեռնպահ մնան բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին քննադատելուց: Այստեղ պետք է համախմբված, տոտալ պայքար տարվի ցանկացած լրատվական սահմանափակումների ու ազատ խոսքի դեմ, քանի որ այս ուղտը վաղ թե ուշ չոքելու է յուրաքանչյուրի դռանը»,– ասաց փաստաբանը:
