Ապրիլին ավելի քան 17 միլիարդ դրամի ֆինանսավորում է իրականացվել շինարարության ոլորտում

Այս տարվա ապրիլին Հայաստանում 19 միլիարդ 86 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամի շինարարություն է կատարվել, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ կազմել է 87%: Հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսներին իրականացված շինարարությունը կազմել է 52 միլիարդ 858 միլիոն դրամ: 2016 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ կազմել է այն 86%: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքից:
 
Այս տարվա ապրիլին կատարված շինարարության ամբողջ գումարից 2 միլիարդ 89 միլիոն դրամը պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով է կատարվել, 308 միլիոն դրամը համայնքների միջոցներով, 3 միլիարդ 660 միլիոն դրամը՝ միջազգային վարկերի: Ընդ որում միջազգային վարկերի շրջանակում ֆինանսավորում են իրականացրել Համաշխարհային բանկը, Վերակառուցման և զարգացման Եվրոպական բանկը, Գերմանիայի զարգացման բանկն ու Ռուսաստանը: Ի դեպ վերջինիս կողմից կատարված ֆինանսավորումը ամենամեծն է եղել. Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին է տրամադրել 1 միլիարդ 781 հազար դրամ:
 
Հաշվետվությունից տեսնում ենք, որ հայաստանյան շինարարության զարգացման գործում ներդրում են ունեցել նաև մարդասիրական օգնություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունները, մասնավորապես այս տարվա ապրիլին իրենց օգնությունն են ցույց տվել «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամը և Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին:
Այս տարվա շինարարական աշխատանքները առաջ են գնացել նաև ներդրումների՝ մասնավորապես օտարերկրյա ներդրողների կողմից իրականացված ֆինանսավորման և բնակչության միջոցներով: Ի դեպ եթե օտարերկրյա ներդրումները կազմել են 1 միլիարդ 198 միլիոն դրամ, ապա տեղի բնակչության կողմից կատարված ներդրումները կազմել են 4 միլիարդ 307 միլիոն դրամ:
 
Շինարարության ծավալներն ըստ տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների բաժանվում են մի շարք խմբերի, որոնցից ամենից շատ ֆինանսավորումն իրականացվել է անշարժ գույքի հետ կապված գործունեության ծրագրերում, այն է՝ 4 միլիարդ 663 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամի: Երկրորդ տեղում է տրանսպորտի ֆինանսավորումը, որը կազմել է 2 միլիարդ 959 միլիոն դրամ: Ամենից քիչ աշխատանքներ են տարվել ջրամատակարարման, կոյուղու, թափոնների կառավարման և վերամշակման ոլորտում: Այստեղ ուղղված գումարները կազմել են 51 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ:
