Սերժ Սարգսյանը զինադադար հայտարարեց, իրավիճակն ինտրիգային է. «Ժամանակ»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարել է, որ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հրաժարական ներկայացնելու որ եւէ պատճառ չունի,  եւ նրա հետ իր հակադրության, հակասությունների մասին տեղեկություններն ու խոսակցություններն էլ ասեկոսեներ են: Սարգսյանի այս հայտարարությունը հաջորդել է մամուլի մի շարք հրապարակումների, որոնց համաձայն՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանն անցնող ամիսներին առնվազն երեք անգամ փորձել է հրաժարական տալ իր պաշտոնից:

Բանն այն է, որ այդ տեղեկությունները շատերը կապում էին նա եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ, որը խորհրդարանական ընտրությունից հետո կարծես թե սկսել էր ընդգծել իր մնալու մտադրությունը  եւ այդ տրամաբանությամբ էլ տարաբնույթ հարվածներ հասցնել Կարապետյանին: Այդ համատեքստում Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը հնչում է կա՛մ որպես մեղայական, կա՛մ որպես հրադադարի հայտարարություն՝ միգուցե Կարեն Կարապետյանի որ եւէ «մեղայականից» հետո: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը զինադադար է, սակայն պարզ չէ, թե ում ձեռնտու պայմաններով կամ ում թելադրած կանոններով:

Ընդ որում, հետաքրքրական է, որ հայտարարությունը հնչում է նա եւ նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած մի իրադարձությունից հետո, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանում մասնակցեց գերազանցության կենտրոնի բացմանը, որը «Տաշիր գրուպի» նախաձեռնությունն էր՝ ռուսաստանցի միլիարդատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ: Իսկ Սամվել Կարապետյանի  եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարաբերությունը վերջին շրջանում կարծես թե այնքան էլ հարթ չէ, ինչի վկայությունն էր մայիսի 18-ին խորհրդարանի առաջին նիստի ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթի հանդեպ Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբոր՝ ՀՀ պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանի բոյկոտը: Այդ համատեքստում Սերժ Սարգսյանի մասնակցությունը Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծվող կենտրոնի բացմանը ստացել էր բավականին ուշագրավ երանգ: Նրանք եկել էին որոշակի համաձայնությա՞ն՝ բոյկոտից հետո, թե՞ պարզապես քողարկում էին անհամաձայնությունը:

Իրավիճակը ինտրիգային է այն առումով, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը հայտարարել է վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին աջակցության մտադրության մասին՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով ներդրումներ կատարել նրա ծրագրերը իրականացնելու համար: Այդ տրամաբանությամբ նրան պետք է որ դուր չգար այն, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարող է հարվածել կամ առնվազն չաջակցել Կարեն Կարապետյանին: Այսինքն՝ վարչապետին ուղղված հարվածը կարող էր նշանակել նա եւ հարված Սամվել Կարապետյանին:

Ահա այդ համատեքստում էլ հետաքրքրական է, որ նախօրեին նրա նախաձեռնության բացմանը մասնակցելուց մեկ օր անց Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարում է, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը չունի հրաժարականի պատճառ, ինչը անկասկած միարժեքորեն Կարապետյանի դիրքերն ամրացնող հայտարարություն է:

Մյուս կողմից, իհարկե, Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը կարող է մեկնաբանվել նա եւ այլ կերպ, մասնավորապես՝ արդեն անմիջապես Սերժ Սարգսյանի մակարդակով հնչող նախազգուշացման, որ Կարապետյանը հրաժարականի պատճառ չունի, սակայն ունենալ թե չունենալը, այսինքն՝ հրաժարական տալ թե չտալը որոշում է ոչ թե նա, այլ Սերժ Սարգսյանը»:
