ԵՄ խորհուրդը մտադիր է ժամանակավորապես ընդլայնել Ուկրաինայի համար առեւտրային արտոնությունները

ԵՄ Խորհուրդը մտադիր է ընդլայնել Ուկրաինայի համար առեւտրային արտոնությունները։ Այս մասին որոշումը կայացվել է ԵՄ երկրների ներկայացուցիչնեի հանձնաժողովի կողմից, փոխանցում է DW-ն։

ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչները դիմել են ԵՄ ղեկավարությանը՝ խնդրելով Եվրախորհրդարանի հետ բանակցություններ անցկացնել՝ այդ միջոցառումների արագ ընդունման նպատակով։

Առաջարկի նպատակն է ընդլայնել ուկրաինական արտահանողների մուտքը ԵՄ շուկա՝ հաշվի առնելով երկրում «բարդ տնտեսական իրավիճակն ու տնտեսական բարեփոխումների իրականացման փորձերը»։ Առաջարկությունը լրացնում է առեւտրի մասին դրույթները, որոնք արդեն ներդրվել են Ուկրաինա- ԵՄ ասոցացման մասին համաձայնագրի համաձայն, որը ստորագրվել է 2014-ին։

Մասնավորապես առաջարկվում է երեք տարով ներդնել լրացուցիչ քվոտաներ մի շարք ուկրաինական գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներ զրոյական սակագնով ԵՄ ներմուծելու համար, նաեւ մասնակիորեն կամ ամբողջությամբ վերացնել ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերը մի շարք արդյունաբերական արտադրանքների համար։

Ընդ որում Ուկրաինան պարտավորվելու է հետեւել այն սկզբունքներին, որոնք նախատեսված են ասոցացման մասին համաձայնագրով։ Մասնավորապես, հարգել ժողովրդավարական արժեքները, մարդու իրավունքները ու հիմնական ազատությունները, նաեւ իրավունքի գերակայության սկզբունքը։

2016-ին հունվարի 1-ին ուժի մեջ է մտել ԵՄ- Ուկրաինա ազատ առեւտրի գոտու մասին համաձայնագիրը։ Այդ ժամանակ Ուկրաինան ասում էր, որ այդ միջոցառումը վերացրել է ուկրաինական ապրանքների համար մաքսատուրքերի 97 տոկոսը ու պետք է հանգեցնի ուկրաինական արտահանման միջին սակագնի նվազեցմանը՝ 7․5 –ից մինչեւ 0․5 տոկոս։

Հուլիսի 12-ին կկայանա ԵՄ- Ուկրաինա գագաթնաժողովը։
