Նախարարությունը ներկայացրել է իրականացված բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննությունների արդյունքները

 ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ՀՀ բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության՝ 21 տարածքային մարմինների կողմից 2017թ. մարտի 1-ից մայիսի 31-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել են  17676 բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննություն, որից  հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 14066 անձի, հաշմանդամություն չի սահմանվել 3467, (143 անձի որոշվել է թույլատրել երկարացնել ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության թերթիկի ժամկետները): Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների ուղեգրերով (088 ձևով) տարածքային մարմիններում առաջին անգամ փորձաքննվել է 3747 անձ, որից հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 2798 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 949-ը (որից որոշվել է թույլատրել երկարացնել ժամանակավոր անաշխատունակության թերթիկի ժամկետները՝ 143): Այս դեպքում հաշմանդամ չճանաչված  անձինք, այն հիվանդություն ունեցող անձինք են, ում մոտ դեռևս չի առաջացել օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաների կայուն խանգարում կամ ունեն աննշան խանգարում,որը չի հանգեցնում կենսագործունեության որևէ աստիճանի  սահմանափակման,հետևաբար այս անձինք ունեն առողջապահական համակարգում բուժումներ և դեղորայք ստանալու կարիք, որպեսզի նրանց մոտ հիվանդությունը չխորանա,   օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաները չխանգարվեն և  հետագայում անձը  հաշմանդամություն ձեռք չբերի:

Ըստ հաշմանդամության խմբերի`

I  խումբ` 109 անձ

II խումբ`  613 անձ

III խումբ` 1815 անձ

«Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա» կարգավիճակ սահմանվել է  261 երեխայի:

 Վերափորձաքննություն իրականացվել է  13929 անձի, որից հաշմանդամություն է սահմանվել 11268 անձի, հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել 2661-ը,  այս դեպքում  տևական բուժման  և վերականգնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում  այդ անձանց մոտ  վերականգնվել են օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաների խանգարումները, կենսագործունեությունը չի սահմանափակվել և նրանք հաշմանդամ չեն ճանաչվել:   

 Վերափորձաքննվածներն ըստ խմբերի`

I   խումբ` 136 անձ

II խումբ`  1762 անձ

III խումբ` 8841 անձ

«Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա» կարգավիճակ սահմանվել է  529 երեխայի:

Վերափորձաքննվածներից`

ա) ավելի թեթև հաշմանդամության խումբ է սահմանվել 658 անձի, այսինքն՝ այդ անձանց մոտ գրանցվել է օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաների խանգարման վերականգնում, իսկ նման դեպքում կենսագործունեության սահմանափակման տեսակը և աստիճանը փոփոխվում է և ըստ այդմ անձին սահմանում են ավելի ցածր հաշմանդամության խումբ (օրինակ՝ հաշմանդամության երկրորդ խմբից՝ երրորդ  խումբ կամ առաջինից՝ երկրորդ խումբ կամ առաջինից՝ երրորդ խումբ):

բ) հաշմանդամության խմբերի ծանրացումը կազմել է 291, այսինքն, այդ անձանց մոտ գրանցվել է օրգանիզմի ֆունկցիաների խանգարման վատթարացում և կենսագործունեության սահմանափակման աստիճանի խորացում  (երրորդ խմբից՝  երկրորդ կամ երրորդ խմբից՝ առաջին կամ երկրորդից՝ առաջին խումբ):
