ՀՀ և ՌԴ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարները քննարկել են համագործակցության խորացման հարցեր

 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվա կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը հունիսի 5-ին հանդիպել է ՌԴ ԱԻ նախարար Վլադիմիր Պուչկովի հետ:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության խորացման և ընդլայնման հարցերը, արտակարգ իրավիճակների, աղետների կանխարգելմանն ու չեզոքացմանն ուղղված հիմնախնդիրները:

Կողմերը նշել են, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության նվաճումներից էր Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման  կենտրոնի ստեղծումը, որը միակն է տարածաշրջանում և մասշտաբային աղետների դեպքում կարող է օգնություն ցուցաբերել տարածաշրջանային մակարդակով:

Ներկայումս ընթացքի մեջ է Կենտրոնի գործարկման 2-րդ փուլը, այն է՝ Կենտրոնի հագեցումը ժամանակակից փրկարարական տեխնիկայով, որն անհրաժեշտ է Կենտրոնի անխափան գործունեության ապահովման համար (մոտոպոմպեր, ունիվերսալ, բազմաֆունկցիոնալ, հիդրավլիկ փրկարարական գործիքների հավաքածուներ, տարբեր հզորությամբ հոսանքի գեներատորներ, որոնք նախատեսված են վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար): Նախատեսվում է տեխնիկապես հագեցնել նաև Կենտրոնի Իրավիճակային դահլիճը, բացի այդ՝ տեղում պարբերաբար դասընթացներ և վերապատրաստումներ են անցկացնում ՌԴ ԱԻՆ կենտրոնական փրկարարական ջոկատի (“Центроспас”) մասնագետները:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել հաստատել Կենտրոնի 2017-2018թթ.-ների համար նախատեսված գործողությունների պլանը, որը կապահովի Կենտրոնի զարգացումն ու ֆունկցիոնալ անխափանությունը: 

Կողմերը գոհունակությամբ ընդգծել են որ ՌԴ և ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունների համագործակցությունը բազմավեկտոր է: Նախարար Պուչկովը ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ին 2010թ-ին Ռուսաստանի տարածքում բռնկված անտառային հրդեհների մարման գործընթացում ակտիվ օժանդակության համար:

ՌԴ ԱԻ նախարարը նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել 2016 թ. սեպտեմբերին Երևանում ԱԻ համակարգող խորհրդի 9-րդ նիստը կազմակերպելու, ինչպես նաև անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերին ԱՊՀ շրջանակում ԱԻ միջգերատեսչական խորհրդի 29-րդ նիստին հայ գործընկերների ակտիվ մասնակցության համար:

Իր խոսքում ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը նշել է, որ երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը լինելու է շարունակական և ընդլայնվելու է՝ ներառելով բազմաթիվ վեկտորներ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՌԴ ԱԻ նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հայկական կողմի գործընկերներին 2017թ-ին կայանալիք Անվտանգության բարձրագույն տեխնոլոգիաների միջազգային ցուցահանդեսին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար:
