Արման Սաղաթելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Իմ բազմամյա աշխատանքային պրակտիկայի ընթացքում շատ հաճախ հանդիպել եմ մեկ խնդրի. «լավ երեխա է շատ, կարմիր դիպլոմով լավ սովորել է, մի տեղ չունե՞ք, գա, աշխատի»։ Որպես կանոն պարզվում էր, որ «երեխան» իրոք լավն էր, բայց կարմիր դիպլոմը բավարար չէ, իսկ պրակտիկ գիտելիքներն ու փորձը՝ զրո։ Իհարկե, եթե հումքը լավն է, կարելի է մեկ-երկու տարում շատ բան սովորեցնել, բայց ո՞ր գործատուն ունի դրա ժամանակը, հավեսն ու հնարավորությունը: Բոլորին անհրաժեշտ են աշխատանքային փորձով մարդիկ, իսկ բուհերը, որպես կանոն, ի վիճակի չեն ուսումնառությանը զուգահեռ ապահովել որակյալ պրակտիկա, քանի որ ոչ ոք պարտավոր չէ ծախսել ժամանակ ու ռեսուրս բուհից ուղարկած ուսանողներին բան սովորեցնելու։ Արդյունքում «պրակտիկան» հաճախ դառնում է ֆորմալ բան եւ ավելի շատ նմանվում էքսկուրսիայի, մինչդեռ բուհն ավարտածներից գործատուն շարունակում է պահանջել փորձ, եւ շղթան կրկնվում է։ Տարեկան մենք ունենք մի քանի հազար շրջանավարտ, որոնցից պահանջում են փորձ, ինչն իրենք չունեն։ Խնդրին առնչվել եմ թե՛ որպես դասախոս ու ամբիոնի ղեկավար, թե՛ որպես գործատու։

Համոզված եմ, որ կարող են լինել այս փակ շղթայից դուրս գալու լուծումներ, եւ ես՝ որպես պատգամավոր, մտադիր եմ այդ լուծումները որոնել և, եթե հարկ լինի իրավական լուծումների, հանդես գալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ։ Եթե իմ ընկերների շարքում կան մարդիկ, ովքեր աշխատել են այս հարցի շուրջ, ուսումնասիրել են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների փորձը եւ կցանկանան օգնել ու մասնակցել գործընթացին, խնդրում եմ արձագանքել։
