Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ձեռնարկում է քայլեր ՏՏ և ՓՄՁ ոլորտների զարգացման ուղղությամբ

Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի զարգացման համար բազմաթիվ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ կոնկրետ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման համար ստեղծվել է պետական հիմնադրամ, կա մասնաշենք, որտեղ գործարարներին հնարավորություն են տալիս ոչ միայն հեշտ, արտոնյալ պայմաններում կազմակերպել իրենց բիզնեսը, այլև, ամենակարեւորը, ուսուցման բազմաթիվ անվճար դասընթացներ են իրականացնում:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է փոքր եւ միջին բիզնեսին` մենք իրականացնում ենք ՓՄՁ-ի, ընդհանուր տնտեսության զարգացման համար քայլեր, որոնք ուղեկցվում են բանկային տոկոսների սուբսիդավորմամբ, ուղղակի փոխառությունների տրամադրմամբ, ապրանքի վաճառքին պետական աջակցությամբ: Այնպես որ, ՓՄՁ-ի առումով գործիքակազմ մշակված է, բայց այստեղ մի խնդիր ունենք: Բոլորը տեսնում են իրենց միայն սպասարկման ոլորտում… Բայց մենք առավել ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում պարենամթերքի արտադրությանը, գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանը եւ վերամշակմանը: Եթե տասը տարի առաջ մենք երազում էինք պահածոյի գործարան ունենալու մասին, այսօր ունենք մեծ քանակությամբ պահածոների գործարաններ: Սկսել ենք չրագործությունը զարգացնել, որն Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի համար բավականին լուրջ բիզնես է: Բայց նաեւ ամոթ է, որ մեր շուկայում տեղական արտադրանքը բացակայում է: Մենք պետք է զուգահեռ աշխատենք, մասնակցենք եւ ուղղորդենք փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին, թե որ ուղղությամբ պետք է նրանք ընտրեն իրենց ճանապարհը եւ օգտվեն պետական աջակցությունից»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ կա նաեւ Արցախի ներդրումային հիմնադրամ, որը զբաղվում է հիփոթեքային շուկայի զարգացմամբ, բանկերի տոկոսների սուբսիդավորման աջակցությամբ և խնդրահարույց վարկերի ամենատարբեր խնդիրների առողջացման ծրագրերով:
