Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար ԼևոնՄնացականյանը կարծում է, որ «Ազգ-բանակ» գաղափարի իրագործումը կարելի է սկսել ընտանիքից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լևոն Մնացականյանը նշեց, թե դա այն ընտանիքն է, որը նպաստում է մեր պետականության կառուցմանը, և, որի զավակը մասնակցում է երկրի անվտանգության ապահովմանը:
«Ազգ-բանակ» գաղափարի հաջորդ օղակը մեզ մոտ դպրոցն է, որը նույնպես շաղկապող օղակ է: Դրանից հետո բուհերն են, որտեղ ուսանելու շրջանակում ուսանողը, տարկետումը փոխարինելով սպայական դասընթացներով, երեք տարով պայմանագիր կկնքի բանակի հետ և իր գիտելիքները կներդնի մեր պաշտպանության բնագավառում: Գաղափարի իրականացման մասնակից եմ համարում ձեռնարկատերերին, ովքեր մատակարարումներ են իրականացնում բանակի համար: Այն նաև մեր հասարակության ընդհանուր վերաբերմունքն է մեր բանակի նկատմամբ: Այսինքն՝ մեր առօրյա գործընթացների արդյունավետ իրականացումը կթեթևացնի զինվորի ծառայությունը սահմանային կետում, կբարձրացնի ծառայության արդյունավետությունը, կզարգանա նրա զինանոցը»: Ըստ ԱՀ ՊԲ հրամանատարի, այստեղ մեծ է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի դերը: Հարկավոր է, որպեսզի բոլորն իրենց ոլորտում իրականացնեն «Ազգ-բանակ» գաղափարի դրույթները:
