Հայտարարվել է Նախագահի աշխատակազմից ՀԿ-ներին հատկացվող դրամաշնորհի մրցույթ

Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը` որպես ՀՀ Նախագահի կողմից ընտրված գործընկեր կազմակերպություն, հայտարարել է Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից ՀԿ-ներին հատկացվող դրամաշնորհային մրցույթ։ Անվանակարգերը բազմոլորտ են՝ Մայիսյան հերոսամարտերի 100-ամյակ, Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության 100-ամյակ, Հայ զինվորի կերպարը մատաղ սերնդի դաստիարակության գործում, Մանկատների բեռնաթափումը և սոցիալական որբության կրճատումը, Գյուղական համայնքներում զբաղվածության խթանմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի իրականացում, Էկոտուրիզմի զարգացման հեռանկարները գյուղական համայնքներում, Մաքուր Հայաստան, ՀՀ արտաքին տնտեսական հարաբերությունների միջազգային-իրավական հիմնահարցեր:
Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգող, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Ավագյանը «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ դրամաշնորհի անվանակարգերը որոշվում են՝ հաշվի առնելով ժամանակի պահանջը, տվյալ պահին առկա խնդիրները։
«Հայտարարված մրցույթում որոշ անվանակարգեր նախորդ մրցույթներից պահպանվել են, ավելացել են նորերը։ Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ մենք ցանկանում ենք հնարավորինս շատ ուղղություններ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել, և ՀԿ-ներին գործունեության ավելի լայն դաշտ տրամադրել»,- ասաց Կարեն Ավագյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից հատկացվող դրամաշնորհային մրցույթները տարեցտարի ավելի ու ավելի մեծ վստահություն են վայելում հասարակական դաշտում։ Այդ մասին վկայում է այն փաստը, որ այս ընթացքում ընդլայնվել է մրցույթին դիմող ՀԿ-ների շրջանակը։ Կարեն Ավագյանը նկատեց, որ այս դրամաշնորհը միտված է նաև հասարակական դաշտն ակտիվացնելուն։
Կարեն Ավագյանի խոսքով, եղել է ժամանակ, երբ դրամաշնորհային ուղղություններում դոմինանտ բաղադրիչը հակածխախոտային, ինչպես նաև սելեկտիվ աբորտների դեմ պայքարն էր, 2015-ին ծրագրերի մեծ խումբ ուղղվեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումներին։ Ժամանակը թելադրում է՝ տվյալ պահին ինչ ծրագրեր են ավելի շատ անհրաժեշտ։
Կարեն Ավագյանն ընդգծեց, որ տարիներ շարունակ անվանակարգերում առանձնահատուկ տեղ ունեն մերօրյա հերոսների, հայ զինվորի կերպարի փառաբանմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը, որոնք իրականացվում են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համատեղ։
