Ժպտացե՛ք, քանի որ ինչ-որ մեկը կարող է սիրահարվել ձեր ժպիտին:  3. Ի՞նչն է ձեզ համար երջանկությունը: Երջանկությունը կարևոր նախապայման է նպատակներին հասնելու համար, երջանկությունն ասես խթան լինի փոխելու ոչ միայն սեփական, այլև ուրիշների կյանքը։ Շատերը երջանիկ լինելու համար օգտագործում են երջանկության հորմոնը՝ շոկոլադ, սակայն սա կարճատև է, փնտրեք երջանկությանը, գուցե այն ձեր կողքին է, իսկ դուք չեք  նկատում:   4.Ե՞րբ եք վերջին անգամ արտասվել Արտասվելիս դուք ազատվում եք այն զգացողություններից, որոնք կուտակվել են ձեր ներսում և թեթևություն եք զգում։ Արտասվելիս դուք կարգավորում եք ձեր զգայական ֆոնը և կյանքն ավելի լիարժեք դարձնում։ Նայեք հայելու մեջ, արդյո՞ք պետք է ամեն չնչին երևույթի համար արցունք թափել, խնայեք ձեր նյարդերը:
