Ինչպես կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում, այնպես էլ մարզական աշխարհում, Հայաստանում ճգնաժամ է։ Եթե նայենք ամբողջության մեջ, ապա կտեսնենք, որ այդ ամենի մեղավորն իհարկե իշխանությունն է, որը բացի սեփական ախորժակը բավարարելուց ու ռեժիմի հակառակորդներին ճաղերի հետևում պահելուց, այլ գործառույթ չունի։ Սակայն կան ոլորտներ, որտեղ էապես մեղավոր են այդ ոլորտները ղեկավարող անհատները։ Նրանք իհարկե, փոխկապակցված են այդ իշխանության հետ։ Գործում են իշխանության ամենաթողության պարագայում ու սպասարկում են այդ նույն իշխանությանը։

Անգամ 90-ական թվականների ծանրագույն վիճակի մեջ գտնվող Հայաստանում, առաջնությունն անցկացվում էր տաս թիմերով։ Կար բավականին ուժեղ առաջին խումբ։ Ամեն մրցաշրջանի ավարտին տեղի էր ունենում թույլ և ուժեղ թիմերի փոխակերպում ՝ լիգաներով։ Այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը դարձավ ՀՖՖ նախագահ ու այս ոլորտում տիրեց մոնոպալիան ՝ մեկ մարդու բացարձակ կամքի տեսքով, այստեղ ևս, սկսվեց մի խայտառակություն, որի արդյունքում հուղարկավորեցինք հայկական ֆուտբոլը։

Առաջնության թիմերի քանակը դարձավ ութ։ Վերջին տեղի թիմերը դուրս չեն մնում առաջնությունից, քանի որ փոխարինող չկա։ Հավաքականի կազմը ձևավորվում է ոչ թե գլխավոր մարզչի պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցման արդյունքում, այլ ՝ ՀՖՖ նախագահի ցանկությամբ։ Ավելի անառողջ մոտեցում չի էլ կարելի պատկերացնել։ Սրան գումարենք նաև ակումբների հետ կապված մի շարք սկանդալային պատմություններ, սնանկացումներ, փողերի լվացում և այլն։ Շարքում հաջորդը, կայացած կամ կայացող, ի դեպ՝ բավականին տաղանդաշատ ֆուտբոլիստների կոտրելն ու նրանց սկանդալային տրանսֆերն են։ Տեղ գտած արատավոր երևույթները կարելի է շարունակել։Հերթական այս շարքից, «Փյունիկ» ակումբի անհեթեթ նվիրատվությունն էր։ ՀՖՖ նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը հայտարարեց, որ «Փյունիկ» ակումբն անվարձահատույց նվիրել է գործարար Արթուր Սողոմոնյանին, ում համարում է այն նվիրյալը, ով կկարողանա տեր կանգնել երևանյան թիմին այնպես, ինչպես ինքը:Սա իհարկե, կարող էր լինել պարզապես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, եթե գործ ունենայինք ալտրուիստ մարդու հետ։ Սակայն Հայրապետյանին դժվար է այդպիսին համարել։ Մյուս կողմից, անկեղծ մղումները խորապես կասկածելի են։ Այս պատմությունից լավ հոտ չի գալիս։ Իրավապահները, եթե այդպիսիք մնացել են Հայաստանում, պետք է անպայման զբաղվեն այս գործով, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե ինչ է թաքնված այս ամենի տակ։
