«Բնաքար տուֆ»–ը 50 տարի շարունակ կշահագործի Արթիկի տուֆի հանքավայրի Արևելյան տեղամասը

«Բնաքար տուֆ» ՍՊԸ–ն Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկի հրաբխային տուֆի հանքավայրի Արևելյան տեղամասի արդյունահանման համար շրջակա միջավայրի ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտ է ներկայացրել Բնապահպանության նախարարությանը:
Արթիկի տուֆի հանքավայրը տեղադրված է Արագած լեռան զանգվածի հյուսիս–արևմտյան լանջին և գրավում է մոտ 60 քառակուսի կմ տարածք: Արևելյան տեղամասը գրավում է մոտ 67 հա տարածք: Տուֆային հանքակուտակը տեղամասում հիմնականում միաձույլ է, բացառությամբ վերին՝ «փուշտայի» մասը, որի հզորությունը տատանվում է 0,49–2,9 մ–ի սահմաններում:
 
«Բնաքար տուֆ» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից վարձակալած հողատարածքում տուֆերի հանքադաշտը տեղադրված է երկու տեղամասով: Տեղամասերի շահագործումը կատարված է ընտրովի անհամակարգ կերպով: Տեղամասերում մակաբացման ապարները հեռացված են, սակայն հանքային դաշտերում օգտակար հաստաշերտի վրա տարերայնորեն կուտակվում են տարբեր չափերի և ծավալների լցակույտեր:
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է հանքային դաշտերը շահագործել 2 բացհանքերով, օգտակար հաստաշերտերի ամբողջ հզորությամբ, մինչև դացիտանման տուֆերի հատակը:
 
Ըստ նախագծի՝ բացհանքերից առաջինն ունի առավելագույնը 500 մ երկարություն և 195 մ լայնություն, այն զբաղեցնում է 9,4 հա տարածք, երկրորդ բացհանքն ավելի փոքր է: Այն ունի առավելագույնը 210 մ երկարություն և 153 մ լայնություն, զբաղեցնում է ընդամենը 2,5 հա տարածք:
Բացհանքերի ընդհանուր տարեկան արտադրողականությունը ընդունված է 21 հազար խորանարդ մետր տուֆային զանգված: Առաջին բացհանքից տարեկան 16 հազար 700 խորանարդ մետր, իսկ երկրորդից՝ 4 հազար 300 խորանարդ մետր տուֆային զանգված կկորզվի: Բացի այս յուրաքանչյուր բացհանքի ծառայման ժամկետը կազմում է 49,5 տարի:
 
Այս երկու բացհանքերի շահագործման ընթացքում առաջացած թափոնները կտեղափոխվեն մոտ 400 մ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող արտաքին լցակույտ: Ըստ նախնական գանահատման հայտի՝ առաջին բացհանքի շահագործման ժամանակ լցակույտ առաջացնող ապարների ընդհանուր ծավալները կկազմեն 324 հազար 30 խորանարդ մետր, իսկ երկրորդինը՝ 93 հազար 77 խորանարդ մետր:
 
Նախագծում ասված է, որ բուն հանքավայրի տարածքն աղքատ է զանգվածային բուսական ծածկույթից: Կարմիր գրքում նշված բույսեր չկան: Այն նաև պահպանման հատուկ կարգավիճակ չունի: Շահագործման ընթացքում բացհանքից մթնոլորտ են արտանետվելու փոշի և գազեր: Դրանց աղբյուրներ են հանդիսանում բացհանքը, տրանսպորտը և լցակույտերը: Շահագործման արդյունքում օդային ավազան արտանետվող վնասակար նյութերն են լինելու անօրգանական փոշին, ազոտի և ածխածնի օքսիդներն ու ածխաջրածինները:
 
Փոշու և վնասակար գազերի արտանետումները գտնվում են նորմատիվային փաստաթղթերով սահմանված նորմաներում: Բացի այդ նախագծով նախատեսված են միջոցառումներ փոշու և վնասակար գազերի արտանետումների ազդեցության նվազեցման համար: Հաշվարկման ձայնային բնութագիրը՝ աղմուկը, մոտակա բնակավայրերում թույլատրելի չափերը նույնպես չի գերազանցելու: Ըստ ընկերության՝ Արթիկի հանքավայրի Արևելյան տեղամասի շահագործման ազդեցությունը բնակչության առողջության վրա լինելու է նվազագույն:
