ՄԻԵԴ-ը միայն 2017-ին ՀՀ կառավարությանը պարտավորեցրել է 28.500 եվրո փոխհատուցում վճարել մի քանի քաղաքացու. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Մարդու իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարանը Հայաստանի կառավարությանը միայն 2017 թ. առաջին 5 ամիսներին պարտավորեցրել է մի քանի քաղաքացու վճարել 28 հազար 500 եվրո գումար՝ ներպետական ատյաններում նրանց խախտված իրավունքների դիմաց արդարացի փոխհատուցման համար:
Այս թիվն ստանում ենք «Ավաքեմյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի», «Այվազյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի», «Նիկողոսյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի», «Ասատրյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» եւ «ՉԱՊ ՍՊԸ-ն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործերով վճիռների ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում: Կառավարությունը վերջին նիստում հերթական անգամ Արդարադատության նախարարությանը գումար հատկացրեց ՄԻ եվրոպական դատարանում Հայաստանի դեմ կայացված որոշման համար:
Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի «Ավաքեմյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործով (թիվ 39563/09 գանգատ) 2017 թ. մարտի 30-ի վճռի պահանջները կատարելու նպատակով 2017 թ. պետբյուջեով նախատեսված պահուստային ֆոնդի արդարադատության նախարարությանը 2017 թ. առաջին կիսամյակում կհատկացվի 3600 եվրոյին համարժեք դրամ՝ վճռով սահմանված արդարացի հատուցման համար: Նշված գործով ՄԻԵԴ վճռով սահմանված հատուցման գումարի վճարման վերջնաժամկետը 2017 թ. հունիսի 30-ն է: Այս գործը ներկայացված է եղել ՄԻԵԴ դեռեւս 2009թ.»:
