Արման Նավասարդյանն՝ Արցախում պատերազմի վերսկսման մոտալուտ վտանգի մասին

Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խումբը, (International Crisis Group), որը հայտնի է տարբեր կոնֆլիկտային հարցերի վերաբերյալ հրապարակած զեկույցներով, արցախյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ արված իր զեկույցում նշել է, որ Արցախում հավանական է նոր պատերազմի վերսկսումը: Զեկույցում խոսվում է նաև պատերազմի սկսման մոտալուտ վտանգի և դրա նախադարյալների մասին:
Անդրադառնալով արցախյան հիմնախնդրի ներկա փուլին՝ կազմակերպության փորձագետները նշում են, որ 2016-ի ապրիլյան բռնություններից մեկ տարի անց, Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը 1994-ի հրադադարի կնքումից ի վեր՝ ավելի, քան երբևէ՝ մոտ են պատերազմական իրավիճակին:

Նա նշեց, թե չի կիսում տեսակետն այն մասին, որ Արցախում պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգը մեծ է. «Չկա՛ նման բան, Արցախում պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգը շատ ցածր հավանականություն ունի, և Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խմբի այդ տեսակետը գիտական և լուրջ վերլուծությանը չդիմացող տեսակետ է, հետևաբար, պետք չէ դրան որևէ լրջություն տալ, կրկնում եմ՝ պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգը շատ փոքր է»:
Խոսելով ստատուս-քվոյի փոփոխման անհրաժեշտության մասին, ինչի մասին ավելի վաղ նշել էին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանը, Արման Նավասարդյանը շեշտեց, որ ստատուս-քվոյի փոփոխման անհրաժեշտությունն իրենից չի ենթադրում, որ պատերազմական գործողություններ պետք է լինեն:
Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խմբի՝ վերը նշված զեկույցի մասին այսօր կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում խոսել է նաև «Ղարաբաղ» կոմիտեի անդամ Աշոտ Մանուչարյանը: Վերջինս, անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, որ արցախյան լարվածությունը կարող է վերածվել լայնածավալ հակամարտության, որն էլ կհանգեցնի նշանակալի կորուստների, նշել էր, որ այդ խումբն ամբողջ աշխարհում զբաղված է պատերազմների հրահրմամբ, ճգնաժամերի ստեղծմամբ՝ նպատակ ունենալով պահպանել կառավարման՝ գոյություն ունեցող համակարգը։
«Կան կռվարար երեխաներ՝ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, և կան բարի քեռիներ՝ միջազգային կազմակերպություններ, դիտորդներ, որոնք օր ու գիշեր զբաղված են նրանց հանդարտեցնելով։ Դա իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում. իրականում հակառակն է։ Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խումբն այսօր ամբողջ աշխարհում զբաղված է պատերազմների հրահրմամբ, ճգնաժամերի ստեղծմամբ՝ նպատակ ունենալով պահպանել կառավարման՝ գոյություն ունեցող համակարգը։ Նրանց խնդիրը դա է»,- նշեց Մանուչարյանն, ընդգծելով, որ Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խումբը մարդասպանների խումբ է։
