Փորձագետը մոտ ապագայում Եվրոպական Միության առավել հզորացում է կանխատեսում

Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի փորձագետ Արմեն Վարդանյանը գտնում է, որ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների և Եվրոպայի հարաբերություններում որոշակի ճգնաժամ է առաջացել, որից, սակայն, կողմերը դուրս են գալու ավելի հզորացած: Հունիսի 2-ին կայացած քննարկման ժամանակ Արմեն Վարդանյանն ընդգծեց, որ մոտ ապագայում աշխարհն ականատես կլինի, թե ինչպես է Եվրոպան ավելի հզորանում: «Այս պահին միայն ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ 5 երկրներ են հետևում Վարշավայում կայացած ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի այն որոշմանը, որ դաշինքի անդամ երկրները պետք է իրենց ՀՆԱ-ի 2 տոկոսը հատկացնեն պաշտպանական ծախսերին: Արդեն կան նոր եվրոպական երկրներ, որոնք հայտարարել են, որ մոտ ապագայում սկսելու են հետևել այդ դրույթին: Մոտ ապագայում մենք Եվրոպայի հզորացում կտեսնենք այն առումով, որ շատ հավանական է, որ Եվրոպան կստեղծի միասնական բանակ, որը չի լինի ՆԱՏՕ-ի բանակ և որտեղ Թուրքիան որևէ դերակատարում չի ունենա: Դա կլինի բացառապես Եվրոպական Միության բանակը»,- ասաց փորձագետը:
Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ պետք չէ թերահավատորեն վերաբերվել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի քայլերին և թերագնահատել նրան: Նրա խոսքով` Թրամփը գործարար է և սովոր է ամեն ինչից տեսանելի դիվիդենտներ շահել: «Շատերը թերագնահատում են Դոնալդ Թրամփին, սակայն մենք տեսանք, թե ինչ տպավորիչ արդյունքների հասավ նա ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովից առաջ: Միայն Մերձավոր Արևելք նրա կատարած այցը հանգեցրեց նրան, որ ԱՄՆ-ը Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ 110 միլիարդ դոլարի պայմանագիր կնքեց առաջիկա տարիներին ռազմական տեխնիկա վաճառելու մասով: Շատերն էին սպասում, որ Թրամփը կփոխի մոտեցումները Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ, սակայն նա ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ իր ելույթում հատուկ շեշտեց նաև Ռուսաստանից հնարավոր վտանգները: Նա հատուկ շեշտեց, որ պետք է պայքարել ահաբեկչության, անօրինական միգրացիայի և Ռուսաստանից եկող վտանգների դեմ»,- ասաց Վարդանյանը:
Փորձագետը նաև ընդգծեց, որ ի տարբերություն ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի` Դոնալդ Թրամփը ավելի շատ հակված է շարունակել Իրանի մեկուսացման քաղաքականությունը: «Մյուս կողմից մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Եվրոպական Միությունը հրաժարվում է միանալ հակաիրանական արշավին: Եվրոպական Միության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ իրենք չեն միանալու Թրամփի հակաիրանական քաղաքականությանը»,- նշեց Արմեն Վարդանյանը:
