Նաիրա Կարապետյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Եթե մենք այլևս չեն վստահում ԵԽԽՎ նախագահին, ինչի՞ց ենք վախենում, ու՞մից ենք թաքցնում մեր դիրքորոշումը, ինչու՞ ենք ուզում քողարկել այն տարբեր միջոցներով։ 
Այո, ԵԽԽՎ-ում մենք բազմիցս ականատես ենք լինում տարբեր առեղծվածային «պահեստային քվեների», մարդկանց, ովքեր հայտնվում են կարևոր քվեարկությունների ժամանակ և կրկին անհետանում մինչև հաջորդ անհրաժեշտ պահը։
Հեռացված ԵԽԽՎ նախագահին նաև պետք է զրկել մի շարք առավելություններից, և այս ամենը պետք է անել հիմա։ 
Քաղաքական այս ճգնաժամն արդյունք է ոչ միայն Ագրամունտի բարոյական ցածր պատկերի, այլև մեր կանոնադրություն թերի կետերի»։

Սա մի հատված է ԵԽԽՎ Կանոնադրական հանձնաժողովի այսօրվա նիստի իմ ելույթից, որտեղ քննարկվում է ԵԽԽՎ նախագահի իմփիչմենտի գործիքի կիրառումը։ 

Առաջարկվում է փոփոխություններ կատարել ներկա կանոնադրության մեջ և հնարավորինս շուտ կիրառել անվստահություն հայտնելու և ԵԽԽՎ նախագահին օրենքի ուժով հեռացնելու իրավունքը։


Զավետալի և մի քիչ ծիծաղելի է հետևել «Պեդրոյի վկաների» վերջին ճիգերին՝ անգամ այստեղ նրանք փորձում են մեղմել այս փոփոխությունը, անգամ ակնարկում, որ սա չի կիրառվելու Ագրամունտի նկատմամբ, առաջարկում տարբեր գործիքներ, որ կօգնեն փրկել ԵԽԽՎ ներկա նախագահին։

Ողջունելի է, այս ճիգերը, չնայած և համատորեն կրկնվում են, սակայն ապարդյուն են, քանի որ իմ և հանձնաժողովի մյուս անդամների կողմից բնականաբար հնչեցվում են նրանց առաջարկների վտանգները և իրական ենթատեքստը։
